- All tests use the same 25-meter track (shown). Markers are placed at 0, 5 and 25 meters on a flat surface that has suitable traction to allow for significant acceleration and deceleration.
Procedure
The set-up for all four versions is identical.
] Prior to the test commencing, runners line up at the 5 m marker, facing the 25 m marker. Following a countdown, a double beep signals the start.
Runners commence running towards the 25 m marker
At or before the following beep, runners must reach the 25 m marker. Touching with a single foot is acceptable
At or after, but not before, the same beep, runners commence running back to the 5 m marker
At or before the next beep, runners must reach back to the 5 m marker
The rest period now commences: 10 seconds in the Recovery tests, 5 seconds in the Endurance tests. Runners stroll to the 0 m marker, then return to the 5 m marker
A beep indicates the end of the rest period and the start of the next circuit (back to Step 1)
After a predetermined number of circuits at a speed level (which varies with each version of the test), the speed level changes. This is signaled, usually, by a double beep or, possibly, a voice cue. The required speed at the new speed level will be faster.

The first attempt of mine without proper running and exercise was 15.3, just after 10 days of work not so hard just trying to feel the rhythm of simple running & exercise reached to 16.8 morning,,,,, Next target🎯 17.5 after 5 days let's see👀.... It's not that easy as u think guys,,,, it needs champion effort to reach 19 & above,, only few in the world can do,,,, atleast 10 years of regular practice....

Only the guys on the extreme left side did the test properly rest kept missing the beeps. I think the test ends on two missed beeps but here many till the 15-16 kept missing the beeps.

@@meemraysportspakistan8850 I dont think that guy is the physio, the two guys on the left were not missing the beeps, rest guys we're sketchy at best, missed several and it's a good tactic to not exhaust untill 15-16 hits.

in my country beep test is without stopping and it like levels increase and time decreases per point with 15.6 being highest in our school ever. Ours seems harder than this thoug.
That's the old multi stage fitness test. Continuous 20m intervals. Brutal test. 15/7 is the best I have seen in person. 17 is the best from someone I know personally. The rumors about people completing it (L21-22) have to be bullshit. I tried the last level and could only make three shuttles and I am far from slow. No way someone, even elite athletes, would be able to flat out sprint like 40+ shuttles, after running a fast pace for 18minutes. This i believe was designed based off that test, to take it the brutal forces on the knees and also make it more team sport specific 👍

Aur usmai laps bhagna hota hai. 14 level kai baad apko har bar 8 laps bhagna hai. Aap na ek sir kai saath try karna if u want.
