    Hi love I’m from Atlanta in the US. I just purchased your guide. I’m so excited to check it out when I get home. I just started back lifting again and I’m loving it but I needed some structure. That’s why I purchased your guide. I lost 100lbs at one point on a plant based diet being vegan for 5 years, but now I’m ready to build muscle and have more dietary balance. I can’t wait, and I will use your guide to help me reach new goals

    This video is really helpful. I think I need to start tracking my progress. I'm currently working on building muscle but I don't want to gain too much body mass. Since am not tracking, I found myself gaining too much weight then I will try and lose that weight then I lose too much weight. I am really struggling to maintain my ideal weight. I will have my ideal weight for a week and maybe gain too much or lose too much after. This made me realize that I don't know what I am doing and maybe I should consider getting an app to guide me. Chose app because I cannot afford a personal trainer so far.
    Great video but you speak really fast I missed some parts. Keep these coming.

    Hi Adams, I came across you tutorial and I had to see two more, knowing I needed to sleep. Getting up at 7 for work. Anyhow, I love you personality, with so much grace. Thank you for sharing this value video and you candid spirit. I have been in two car accidents, in which I have been hit from behind and you could possibly understand my dilemma of 2 bulging disc, then not to mention I re-injured my back at work. I have not let that stop me. However, I am very limited of weight-lifting due to the lifting, oh yes L-knee surgery. But I still try to keep my body moving, I need your assistance. I seem to be on better shape than most, I walk, Zumba, lifts 20 lbs raw weight dumbbells, and some good days I can do 40 squats at once. But I am not we’re I want to be, I want to tone and turn my bad areas into a fabulous master piece. I wish, I could lift weights but my back want let it happen. Thanks love for listen to apart of my battle. I do want you to know, the sweet potatoes, broccoli and bake chicken is my all time fav just about 4x’s a week. I do get in my protein with oats milk with peanut butter and I eat avocados as if I have a tree in my back yard, just a few of good fats. Much L❤️VE, you are a joy to watch. Thank you 🥰🥰🥰

    So can you build muscle even if your in a calorie deficit? My main goal is weight loss but I know building muscle can help with that and toning, should I just focus on one?

      Sweetheart, you should just do Body Recomposition! Build muscle, lose fat and gain strength! You'll love it!

      Yes! I eat slightly less (200-300 calorie deficit), do no more than 10 mins of cardio every gym session, and prioritize protein & progressive overload. Look up body recomposition!

    How can you keep a flat tummy, but still keep curves? I've always been small. I'm working out and I am becoming a little more curvy and I like it.

      Weights training will help you keep your shape by building more muscle that will lift and tone your body. And you’ll also be consuming more calories to build that muscles which will also help with keeping your shape. Keep in mind though you CANNOT spot reduce fat meaning you can’t just do certain workouts and expect to only lose fat in a certain area. If your goal is to lose belly fat keep in mind you will lose fat all over your body not just in the stomach. But weight training will help keep your shape by replacing that lose of fat with muscles instead. And also help you burn more fat during rest( like every activity)

    do you incorporate cardio everytime you train or do you have specific days when you focus solely on cardio

      Not every session, sometimes after an upper body session or I might have a one off high intensity cardio workout once a week 😊
