I remember wishing I had your body and now it’s very similar ! My stomach is almost as flat. I put in the work…failed alot but reminded myself to keep going. I did…it will be a year in September. I never though my body could look this way even after two babies! Weight lifting has my heart😂 EAT!! That is a major part, I didn’t eat at first and saw little to no results. I start eating, eating 😂 and seen major changes in my body. Keep going you’ll be surprised what your body can do.

Yeah I tried to increase my protein intake & my intensives blew up!!! Listen, parasites started to take over & it was horrible. Now realising my body doesn’t like getting its protein from animal flesh as my tummy doesn’t move it along quickly enough, so it just stagnates, starts to rot inside me then the parasites move in 😭. I’ve tried beans etc but that’s not enough protein to do what I want to do. So I’m seeking other sources & also lowering the intensity of my exercises until we find what works. 😔

Great video! How many calories do you typically eat in a day? I’ve been lifting for 2 months now and I’m progressing very nicely strength wise. However I’m not losing as much weight as I’d like (fat loss) but I see the muscle gains and the changes in my body. I want to incorporate cardio once a week as I don’t do that at all. I try to eat enough protein and supplement with whey protein in my diet. I’m currently in the 1800 range in calorie intake and wondering if I should reduce my calories or maintain it for weight loss. I currently weigh 78kg

Im not sure how many calories you should be eating but be sure that you are eating enough to sustain your lifestyle and your workouts. I’ve found from experience that not eating enough made me too exhausted to workout and it makes it hard to gain muscle. I found my progress at the gym going down because of it. Consistency is key and I’m sure if you live a healthy lifestyle and treat your body right you’ll see the results you want to see soon!

You are over eating you should be getting at least 1000 calories a day and please up your protein to slender out. I’m your weight and my calorie intake is 900 calories a day if I get hungry I eat salad and cucumbers I get at least 150 grams of protein or more with eggs, beans, peanuts, protein powder, tuna, broccoli etc

If you going to cut I recommend going 300 calorie down from your recommended calorie intake. Try eating more calorie dense foods and up your protein. Do try to eat enough so that you don’t mess up your metabolism. Stay consistent and in time you’ll see the results you want

Thank you for the video! I have no problem hitting 1g/body weight of protein, but idk how much fat & carbs to eat. Barely seeing the results I want (smaller waist, bigger booty) except my butt is getting smaller and my stomach is the same lol so annoying. Been focusing more on consistent, heavier lifting, and less cardio. So I think it’s my diet. Any tips? I avoid high carbs due to poor digestion issues. Maybe I’m eating too much fat? Idk

I can't be sure or give professional advice but if you're shrinking muscle wise its usually because 1. Not enough resistance (you may not be progressively overloading with your lifting) 2. Not eating enough (especially protein). Try addressing those two points and see what happens 😊

You are probably burning muscle after a certain point versus burning fat & building muscle. It’s some calculators online or your gym might offer this service if they have trainers but find out your optimal heart rate range. Stay within that range while exercising. Once you go higher than that you are burning muscle not fat. Wish you the best! 💕

Hi so I’ve been trying out body recomposition for almost 2 months now. Body fat % is around 27% so my main goal is to lose fat (I have mainly some belly fat) as well as gain some muscle. I’m eating at a caloric deficit of 300-400 and I have lost 4 pounds. I’ve been training legs, glutes, abs and arms In the gym with weights. But I’ve gained muscle in my arms and legs but my butt seems to have lost a whole inch even though I lift heavy and I’m consistent with workouts. I’m also eating enough protein My question is am I losing muscle or butt fat?
    Any help is appreciated thanks.

Your losing fat and gaining muscle where ever u were the heavier at like your bottom or your stomach them 2 will be the last 2 go cause they stores more fat , a person can be skinny all over with a fat not bloated belly, they would have 2 jump rope everyday 2 get rid of the belly fat while adding crunches and planks at the same time if they do that for a month it will be toned
