TODAY! We will be looking at Princess and the Pauper dolls, and how to restore them! These dolls were an integral part of my childhood! I remember seeing them everywhere, particularly meijer department stores. They were a cute idea, well executed, and simply beautiful dolls.

I want these dolls so bad, but they are way more expensive than I expected. And they were just mass-produced playline dolls in the early 2000s!😢
We couldn't even find them when they launched. Barbie was so popular in the 2000's our store was always sold out.
It must be because of the movie just being so popular! And also, they’re stuck in basements and closets, I betcha there’s a whole lot of them littered!

Since you mentioned princess diaries. I really wished that Mattel would have made Barbies for the movie. One of my favorite princess movies.

I was born late 2000s 2006 to be exact and I kinda missed on these dolls around 2009-10 and I kinda bought typical Barbie dolls and just random princess line of dolls but I have to say I grew up with the fashionistas

Idk where you're at, but we could never find these dolls when they 1st launched in 2003. Our store never had them on the shelves it was popular.My daughter was obsessed with Barbie, the princess, and the pauper as a kid. She bought them used online a few years ago. They still sing but are missing shoes and serafina.
At that time I was in Kentucky. I didn’t have any difficulty finding them. Probably because I wasn’t looking for them.lol I was so focused on vintage Barbie I was hyper focused! Which is a shame because I missed out on most of the beautiful dolls of my era. I’m glad they were able to find them though eventually! And hopefully you’ll find what’s missing too soon!!
I love that you wash them with dawn platinum i use the same for my thrift girls they always come out brand new . May I recommend you something? Try the dove shampoo and conditioner especially the wave one . the conditioner is so good gosh you gonna love how it leaves the hair make sure you rinse the hair well tho ❤.
