I don’t particularly like the sear function on the grill, I prefer to just set it to air crisp for about 10 minutes, gets a nice crust.

I use the grill function on my ninja foodi XL for thick Ribeye and love it. I use the temp probe. I have the woodfire XL coming this Friday. Can't wait.
