Branch out! Expand your cooking! Throw up some Vids WITHOUT onions for those of us that are allergic! I mean i know just take the onions out, and I do but there has to be some stuff that doesn't even include onions in the first place!
I love the pace and tone of AB's videos. Perfect mix of calm and engaging. His speech isn't too fast or slow. Everything just right. Not many youtubers have that! Great cooking and demeanor.
Best chili I ever made was from leftover smoked brisket. I'm actually not that big of a fan of smoked meat but my husband made a whole brisket for our son's once a year visit (military stationed on the other side of the country) and we had leftovers I threw in the freezer. It was amazing
As an American living in Europe, I have really missed Southern cooking.. I made your recipe today with a side of jalopeño cheddar cornbread muffins and ommmmggg it was so good. The chili was the best I ever had!!! Thank you so much for this!!! Felt like I was back home!
I’ve been making chilli for over 25 years for my family. Like AB, I can eat it many times a year. I was skeptical about the cinnamon but it was the best chili I ever made. My adult kids want eat chilli without cheese and sour cream but this recipe changed that. They said it was the best chili ever. Hands the a big hit in my house. Thank you guys ❤❤❤
I live in Australia and have never tried chilli. I follow you and was so intrigued by chilli. Well tonight I’ve made it and it’s delicious. Thank you and can’t wait to make more of your recipes
I love watching your channel! You explain everything so well. This chili looks outstanding (it’s snowing here today!). There is one thing I always do with chili that you might want to consider. When you drain the ground beef, put the grease in a bowl and place in the frig for 15-20 minutes. Then you should be able to pop the grease off and throw it away. The liquid left is full of flavor; just add it to your chili and enjoy!
I made your spaghetti on Tuesday...That itis was real!!! I was comatose in 10 minutes!!!! It was delicious!!! Thanks AB!!! Best chef on the West coast!!! Stay safe my brother
I made CHILI the other day and my son loved it. I used just about the same ingredients you used. My Son is in the Army for 17 yrs.,now and he wants me to make it again so he can watch me. I'm visiting and will be going back home. So I'm making it again today. YOUR THE BEST!!
ALRIGHT AB!!! This is the 3rd time I'm making your recipe. It's great! This time I'm using venison meat ground with Jimmy Dean mild sausage. Gotta go stir it again right now. Keep em coming AB
Don't know about anybody else, but that looks like the makings of one fiiiiiine food coma to me (even with the beans)! I'm like you - I do like some red onions. A bowl of good chili, a hunk of some good cornbread, and in about 5 to 10 minutes, & it's lights out - no joke!
Another winner AB. With our weather here in L.A. I need this tonight, but will have to wait another day to gather all the ingredients. Yummy. Right on time my friend. Thanks!
I have never made chili from scratch and I love them. This is so easy to make and by far the best I've tasted. Its like unlimited chili for me. I can eat an entire pot by myself! Thank you
I made your chili last night and goodness gracious, it was awesome ❤️ I added a bit more cayenne pepper, because I like hot spicy foods ❤ Your recipe is a keeper ❤ Thank you so much ❤
Thank you so much AB for all you do! Like putting your recipes in the description box and that’s one of the reasons I appreciate you some much. I one my way to the store didn’t have much time and knew you would post what I needed thank you 🙏🏾
I'm not a Texan (I'm from Ireland) but my Texan husband likes beans in his chilli. I've made this recipe a few times now and it's our favourite! As an Irish girl, I didn't know much in the ways of chilli lol, so I'm glad I finally found a recipe that's delicious and easy to follow.
Hello AB!!🥰🥰 I love some good chili with beans it’s the best. I wish I had some of yours right now.👈🏽 definitely will be making this for the weekend. Stay safe and keep cooking.🤗🤗
Finally made the chili today. First time making some for the family. There was no chili left. Now they want me to cook on NYE! 😅 Thanks for the recipe AB
I just made this chili for the 2nd time. I added jalapenos and a dash of W sauce to kick it up a notch. The first time I added beans and had it with cornbread. This time it is without beans and it will be going over some Fritio's with onion, cheese and sour cream. It's just perfect for a 11 degree night. Happy Holidays out to everyone. Surround yourself and family and friends and count your blessings.
I put black beans and beef sausage in my chili… i also put a dark beer in it also..the alcohol cooks out but it’s very flavorful… one other small secret… and people always always freak out when I tell them I put it in my chili.. just a table spoon of coco powder…it makes it have such a meatier taste.. don’t knock it until you try it… I also put m chili over Fritos.. I also put sour cream and cheese as a topper … finally someone else who does that!!!
This looks so good now I want to make some chili with corn bread. Its perfect time for it too. AB you always cooking some good food man. I'll pass on the beans but everything else looks good. I need more cheese 🧀 on mines with lots of sour cream and onions 🌰 👍
Man bro I’m cooking this recipe right now as I’m watching your video dawg I been craving this chili for about a week now and I finally said that today is the day
I love that enameled cast iron Dutch oven! I passed one up at a Goodwill for $20...I've been kickin' myself ever since. I'm going to try your recipe! Liked and subbed.
I got an enameled cast iron Dutch oven for my birthday last year from my mom and it was one of the best gifts I've ever been given! You definitely should invest in one... you won't be sorry! If you find another one at Goodwill before that, you should most definitely get it cuz they can be pricey. I'm so glad she got me one cuz I use it all the time! 👍😃
Having everything prepped and ready is called mise en place. Always good practice when cooking. It'll reduce a chance of overcooking something while trying to prep the next thing. Do all your prep before you start. Good job, chef.
what's up chef? I can't wait to make this. I think I'll do it Sunday. Thank you my brother for another wonderful dish. The only kind of chili with no beans is the kind that go on hot dogs. I even like chili with beans on my hot dog but that's just me chef 😊
Made this for my family tonight chef AB, came out delicious! Only change I made was sautéing jalapeños with my onions and added w sauce when the tomatoes went in. Thanks for another great recipe!
I just wanted to say thank you, I shopped for the ingredients tonight after watching your instruction video and I made your Chili for dinner this evening. I doubled everything to make twice as much and I'm glad I did It turned out awesome and tasted great. I even add Shredded cheddar cheese because that's the correct way to eat Chili. Thanks Again, Cheers! 👍
I always used kidney beans, then I tried black beans and found they have a little more flavor. I also add about 4-6 slices of diced up bacon that I render down first then use the drippings to sauté my onions and bell peppers.
I rarely comment on videos and "I'm not fittin to overtalk it😜" but I just want to say, I love how you keep it real with the viewers "I do the bowls for the camera but u can just use one nice size bowl". Thanks for being open, honest and thorough. Appreciate ya!
If you don't want it as thick 8oz of tomato sauce added does the trick or a little beer. I like using rotel tomatoes with green Chile's too. Other than that my exact recipe. Except one nice addition to any chili that most people don't believe until they try it....a little cocoa powder
I have made this chili and may have tweeked mine a little bc it's chili lol but mostly followed this recipe. It's delicious. It's been almost 2 months I'm making again tomorrow. I would have never thought to use broth. This is the best I ever made. Thank you AB😋
Damn AB i just got done cooking chili today using your previous recipe as inspiration. didnt think you'd upload another one. now i feel like i gotta try this one too. crazy how we all think of making chili at the same time bro
Making this for the third time, great every time. I use mostly venison and a little Hamburger I seem to always have in the fridge. I also use green and red pepers, pluse the green chili tomatoes. Sooo delicious never any left overs.
Funny, this dropped as soon as I entered the supermarket! I was thinking I was going in for salmon which we eat all the time. Look forward to seeing how this comes out. I had most of the ingredients and you make everything so simple, so I said it's a go. Let's have some chili tonight! This will be our third dish with you. So far we've done the Salisbury Steaks, Rasta Pasta ( I did shrimp and chicken mixed AND LOVVVVVED THIS RECIPE), and now Chili with ground turkey though instead. Thanks as always, AB! You're the BEST!
Ever since watching your channel AB I actually enjoy cooking now. Was a total beginner at cooking. my wife made all the delicious meals but she enjoys the meals I cook now, I always say Thank you to AB it's his recipe lol
This chilli is going to be made in our kitchen this coming weekend. Love everything you have included in your chilli especially the beans, onions, and cheese!!! Love the sour cream on top too! Going to make some of those great tasting corn muffins to go with it too. Thanks for sharing this awesome recipe with us.☺️❤️
Hey A.B. I made this for my crowd of three (3) thinking we could eat off of this for at least three days...dude, it was barely enough for one meal. We went back til it was long gone, cornbread too!! Thank you sir, SoldierStory.
Hey AB, second time using this recipe. It was so good I thought I'd use the rest of the leftover turkey from Thanksgiving. Cant wait to eat, thanks AB!

I cook mine almost the exact same way AB. The only difference is that I add a tbsp of W sauce. I've used so many of your recipes. Love the channel!!!
Best chili I ever made was from leftover smoked brisket. I'm actually not that big of a fan of smoked meat but my husband made a whole brisket for our son's once a year visit (military stationed on the other side of the country) and we had leftovers I threw in the freezer. It was amazing

Hey AB, Texas girl here and chili isn’t chili if it doesn’t have beans (to me!) 😁 this looks delicious! Thank you for sharing!
I like beans in my chili as well, but I thought Texans were very adamant that there should never be beans in chili.
@@chrisverby3047 we all put beans in our chili I haven't met 1 person who hasn't
Chili with beans every time. I love chili with different types of beans. Black beans, kidney beans, garbanzo beans, great northern beans, etc.!
👏💯
I'm from Texas (born and raised) and I enjoy chili with and without beans.... eat what you like, enjoy life!
I live in Australia and have never tried chilli. I follow you and was so intrigued by chilli. Well tonight I’ve made it and it’s delicious. Thank you and can’t wait to make more of your recipes

I don't care who don't think beans go in chilli, I love BEANS in mine. We love plenty of meat and a small amount of beans. YOU the MAN AB!!
I’m Minnesotan and I didn’t even know skipping the beans was an option haha, wouldn’t it just be a ground beef stew without them?

For me it's tacos and cinnamon rolls. Maybe it's the cumin in both chili and taco seasoning that pairs so well with cinnamon.
