Follow all the parameters settings as i mentioned but let me correct the IDF which taught to me wrong. Just simply add 3 hours if you want your dixell to defrost every 3 hrs. Experience is the best teacher they said. To dig deeper just read the manual and we're not misled. Happy troubleshooting everyone ❤

Hi there thanks for this vid, just would like to precise that the parameters LS and US are to restrict the maximum and minimum set point that you can programm, if you're working in a restaurant for example you wouldn't want any one to fiddel with the dixell and change the set point from -21 to +10 or even the other way to -50, seeming that the set point is accessible to everyone.
Yes , they can't easily change the settings but locking the keyboard is the best thing to do to protect its program from unauthorized 🤗
I actually commented on another vid that showed me the exact information I have been looking for and asked you to make a vid like this one.
I have not seen the full 30 mins yet but I will once I get some time to. Appreciate you sir and this help really reduces my stress at work knowing there's an actual guide that can point me in the right direction and not feel as if I'm lost.
Same feelings sir when i first encountered dixell controller. But i read the manual and try to understand it then i found myself programming it and repairing once a component on tiny pcb got damaged.

What is about to upload is a compressor cut in and cut off just remember this 2 parameters and you can modify your freezer to chiller and even to hot like egg incubator sir

Hello, what an awesome, very well explained video, thank you. I am really battling to setup my pharmaceutical micro fridge. I need an operating range of 2°C to 8°C and no matter what I set, it keeps dropping to -1°C sometimes to -4°C. (Max +4°C with activity) I wait at least 48 hours to check trends. Do you have any suggestions?

some question, what does it means of set point? my new equipment xr60ch US max set only till minus 5 degre C.
dpo parameter is it in minutes or hour.
Set point where the compressor stop when reached your desire lowest temperature sir. Minus 5 is the default.

Thanks for the video, really good info! Although I am having trouble getting the compressor differential to work. SP is at 38 F, HY is at 8 yet the compressor cuts in around 40 or 41 F. The compressor should be kicking in at 46 F, based on my configuration I've adjusted HY from the default of 4 to 6 as well and makes no difference. Is there a different parameter that might be overriding this? Thank you.
Adjust your SP to 38F and HY 8°c. Note: you can't change SP if US is higher value, check as well the LS
@@THEMULTISKILLEDTECH Here are my current settings, SP 38F, HY 8F, LS 38F, US 46F. The compressor cuts out at the Set Point of 38 without issues, it is just cutting in a bit earlier at 42F. Basically it is behaving as if the SP is set at 4 and not 8. Digital Controller set correctly, fridge is just not having or taking the right commands. Anyway to reset the Dixell back to factory default so I can start over?
There's no button to do reset sir. Do it manually and download the manual with you so you can restore it to default values.

@@THEMULTISKILLEDTECH That's terrible that there's no reset. You're configuring based on limited buttons, with only 2 letters display output. Im sure it's easy to accidentally set a setting when you're just browsing through the menu without being aware. Although I am now getting the differential to work properly. I guess it takes some time so after about 24 hours, the fridge is behaving like how I expected. My compressor is cutting in at the correct temperature based on my setting. Thank you!!
Your welcome sir, be cautious when browsing you might change parameters by accident, I've known some does that, in the end they replaced the control with easy to setup like stc 9200 of elitech. Luckily if I've recovery the control i restored what was faulty settings they did by accident

You can tap compressor output relay of the controller to your external relay's coil. I hope this all about your question
If i would like to set the Fct, then after setting the temperature difference to 4, the fans will not start even when two probe difference is 4C. What might be the problem? Thanks
And what is the value of your FST and FND sir? If FST set to 8°c while your FCt is 4°c it will not start fan motor sir
Value of fst is 50c and fnd is 0. I1p is oP and i1F is Htr as I am using controller for heating purposes.
I see, you used XR60CX fot heating, try entering fct to 80°c than set your fnc to OY
IF you can't still activate your fan, just plug in to terminal #8 that is NC and you don't need defrost operation coz your in heating mode. Or combine it to terminal #3 just use contactor to protect the 8 amps output relay of the controller. Good luck sir and God bless

Because you told on the video that I have to move the fan to terminal 7 but i barely understood what you said.
Don't be confused my friend, what i adviced to sir taavi was a heater settings. Watch carefully the video as i had patiently discussed terminals orientation there based on cooling and freezing purposes.

After -5 the down button can't move .is it any set point inside programming
Change first US to your desire highest setpoint like -18, then change SETPOINT to -21, 3rd change LS now to -21
Can you confirm what IDF does. In the manual IDF = 3 means defrost every 3 hours. So over 24 hours it defrost 8 times.
3 means every 3 hrs Defrosting, in 24 hrs you have 8 Defrost
Just read and always follow the manual, for sure you will not be misled
