    For my warmups, i normally use bands and do 20-50 reps with a light weight of pronation,rising and supination. I also do some deadhangs as i feel that stretches out my entire body almost

      Ooo dead hangs very good for flexors and shoulders. I’ll give it a try

    Bro I'm a beginner can you please tell me properly that for how much time should i do ARM Wrestling exercise like 20min or 30min and how many days a week should i train

      For a beginner you need to mix general strength training along with armwrestling exercises every workout.
      3 workouts a week
      Spend the remainder of time resting and recovering
      Workouts also generally are measured with sets, reps, and weights. I wouldn't measure time. Some days you will feel good and you do the workout much faster than other days.
      On average my workouts last 2-3 hours.
      This involves general strength training, a few armwrestling exercises and some table time.
