Since the world appears to be run by Sensors and Feelers I believe work will become mostly on-site with a side dish of remote for convenience every once in a while (say, kid is sick at home). So, hybrid but skewed towards on-site. Also, manufacturing companies will remain on-site - there's almost no other way around it with (heavy) machinery. But I'm also talking about people say 30-35+. No clue about the younger generations.
