on week 3 doing this kettlebell kickass series...6 DAYS WORKOUT W/1 DAY REST. Combined w/ clean eating, I have dropped 1 dress size & 2 inches on my waist! THANK YOU!!! This works out my entire body. I feel stronger, leaner and healthier. Its great doing a workout that doesn't exhaust me
I'm not the fittest. Far from it. Started, only did 28% but I'm proud of that percentage cause it's more than I've done with my kettlebell since buying it a good few years ago. And will enjoy the aching thighs tomorrow. Can't wait for day 2. Thank you Caroline. I've done a few of your upper body workouts, most never to the end but I return to your and only your workouts every time. Your personality honestly and your humble spirit is what also brings me back.
I love all of your workouts!!! I'm 63, work in a college rink and the students, players and staff all were so fit I decided to see if I could get back into fighting form one more time. I've always been athletic, stopped and started countless exercise routines. I came across your workouts, tried a few, and I'm hooked!!! I can't believe the definition in my arms and legs!!! First time I did this workout. I couldn’t finish. Did it again today, it took me almost an hour but I’m very much glad I saw the end of it. Thank you so much Caroline. It was worth every push.

Hi Devansh, Matthew! Caroline's 15 minute kettlebell full-body workout is definitely something. I have not dared to even give the 45 minute session a try cos just 15 minutes is enough to leave me as sweaty as her HIIT or Cardio sessions. And yes, kettlebell is so much fun. Requires a bit more coordination and being more present during the workout, I think. Cos one slight jerk and I have had it! Right now it is taking me every ounce of mental strength to not do this workout cos I finished the high knees HIIT a while ago. And I'm so dead:) Have a great session! 👍

Just finished the Ultimate Beginner program on the app and thought, great, now I'll be able to crush all of her other workouts! Not so much, lol. This was my first ever kettlebell workout (only 15 lbs) and I couldn't quite get through it. Almost made it! Gonna keep at it, and be patient with myself. I'm 60 and strength training for the very first time in my life. Thank you Caroline, for all you do!

Just started this series and I really enjoyed this workout. It's nice to use a different piece of workout equipment that I already have but haven't used in some time. To do that (which takes a lot of time, effort, and creativity) is only done by someone who really cares about others well-being. OMG. We are truly spoilt by Caroline. She goes over and beyond for us. I'm truly grateful and honoured. So many varied workouts. I'm spoilt for choice. I did the KB workout and the add on and I absolutely loved it. I do love the option of doing 30 minute workouts because sometimes trying to find time in your busy day especially as things are opening up is becoming increasingly more difficult. There somthing really satisfying about KBs and this workout maximises that to the full. Used 20 kg KB and just loved this as you can really get great deepth and good balance. The swing/squat I love, but I have to say the last 10 seconds really are tough and the heart rate climbs. Romanians and Bulgarians I'm really enjoying and Sumos the stretch feels so good. Finally the finisher, wow, at the end I thought someone had swopped my KB for a jackhammer as my legs took the shakes. Caroline so nice just to use different equipment for a wee change and I can't wait for tomorrow, thank you 😊 loved this one ❤

The young woman who took my order said she’d have to get it from a store right at the back of the building and it would take a few minutes. I felt sorry for her carrying it so far! Wow! This is the hardest workout I’ve done in over a decade! I used my 30lb kettlebell and half way through wished I had something lighter. But I made it with a few extra pauses on the way. And now my legs are jello and hopefully I remember to use the railing next time I have to go down the stairs 😂
I am hoping today my doctor gives me the go ahead to work out with weights post my surgery recovery. This past week I have been viewing your workouts and feeling like a kid in a candy store not being permitted to buy candy lol! This is how addictive and effective are your workouts are. Thank you so much. I chanced upon your workouts and have been doing them for a month, 2-3times a week, plus runs and rest days. My mummy belly is finally going, after 5 years. May I add that I have been diligently working out for 2 years, but no shift in mummy belly. In fact some of my previous workouts were making my thighs explode. Def not what I was after. But now with your workouts, I find them straightforward to follow, they're not too long and I am SLIMMING DOWN, and enjoying my ice cream too. Thank you CG!!
Plus, you've inspired me to try for a half marathon. That's my carrot, a few months away but hey....one step at a time. I had had it on my bucket list from 10 years ago, but thought that once I had kids, i should just forget about the "impossible ones'. I was planning on taking a week off and rest and start Epic 1 and follow with 2 but I took a full rest on Saturday and I dont feel like I am overtraining and need so much rest, I feel like I want to keep on going, thank you so much ! Hi Devansh, Matthew! Caroline's 15 minute kettlebell full-body workout is definitely something. I have not dared to even give the 45 minute session a try cos just 15 minutes is enough to leave me as sweaty as her HIIT or Cardio sessions. And yes, kettlebell is so much fun. Requires a bit more coordination and being more present during the workout, I think. Cos one slight jerk and I have had it!
Right now it is taking me every ounce of mental strength to not do this workout cos I finished the high knees HIIT a while ago. And I'm so dead:)

Just finished the Ultimate Beginner program on the app and thought, great, now I'll be able to crush all of her other workouts! Not so much, lol. This was my first ever kettlebell workout (only 15 lbs) and I couldn't quite get through it. Almost made it! Gonna keep at it, and be patient with myself. I'm 60 and strength training for the very first time in my life. Thank you Caroline, for all you do!

Just started this series and I really enjoyed this workout. It's nice to use a different piece of workout equipment that I already have but haven't used in some time. Thank you Caroline for creating this and hundreds of other videos for us to do at no cost. To do that (which takes a lot of time, effort, and creativity) is only done by someone who really cares about others well-being. There somthing really satisfying about KBs and this workout maximises that to the full. Used 20 kg KB and just loved this as you can really get great deepth and good balance. The swing/squat I love, but I have to say the last 10 seconds really are tough and the heart rate climbs. Romanians and Bulgarians I'm really enjoying and Sumos the stretch feels so good. Finally the finisher, wow, at the end I thought someone had swopped my KB for a jackhammer as my legs took the shakes. Caroline so nice just to use different equipment for a wee change and I can't wait for tomorrow, thank you 😊 loved this one ❤

The young woman who took my order said she’d have to get it from a store right at the back of the building and it would take a few minutes. I felt sorry for her carrying it so far! Wow! This is the hardest workout I’ve done in over a decade! I used my 30lb kettlebell and half way through wished I had something lighter. But I made it with a few extra pauses on the way. And now my legs are jello and hopefully I remember to use the railing next time I have to go down the stairs 😂
I am hoping today my doctor gives me the go ahead to work out with weights post my surgery recovery. This past week I have been viewing your workouts and feeling like a kid in a candy store not being permitted to buy candy lol! This is how addictive and effective are your workouts are. Thank you so much. I chanced upon your workouts and have been doing them for a month, 2-3times a week, plus runs and rest days. My mummy belly is finally going, after 5 years. May I add that I have been diligently working out for 2 years, but no shift in mummy belly. In fact some of my previous workouts were making my thighs explode. Def not what I was after. But now with your workouts, I find them straightforward to follow, they're not too long and I am SLIMMING DOWN, and enjoying my ice cream too. Thank you CG!!
Plus, you've inspired me to try for a half marathon. That's my carrot, a few months away but hey....one step at a time. I had had it on my bucket list from 10 years ago, but thought that once I had kids, i should just forget about the "impossible ones'. But having read that you are a mum and still do ultra marathons, and met other similar women, I'm inspired to give it a shot,....at my pace though 😉

I was planning on taking a week off and rest and start Epic 1 and follow with 2 but I took a full rest on Saturday and I dont feel like I am overtraining and need so much rest, I feel like I want to keep on going, thank you so much ! Your workouts helps me in many ways! I can’t thank you enough for everything you do ! I will be following the Kettlebell serie and then on to Epic Heat !!! Bring it 💪🏽❤️ Loved the first day !!!
