This looks delicious, and something I think I'll make soon, but brotherman, that nonstick pan you used for the potatoes should have been thrown out long ago. Teflon is toxic, and you ingest it every time you eat something cooked in that pan. I see why it's in such bad shape when you use a metal spoon to spoon out the beef mix in that other nonstick pan.
