Honestly, to date, I am more into the Alexa universe .. but we all know Siri's voice, especially when you're in the car and she is directing us! She definitely has improved over the years.
Mr pods were you humming the nugget remix song at 2:47? That song is a banger!
I forgot your Australian for a second, so that really threw me for a loop when you started booing the brick
Ah man this was my first iPhone. The memories.
So, like this one time, I was diddling away on RUclips looking for a good laugh after a bad day, and mate, I found this Ozzy boy named Wade who plays with old outdated doohickeys and headphone, hey. He was heaps funny and has since gotten me through a lot of hard times. So like, keep it up, mate. We love ya heaps.
You can always count on Dankpods to brighten up your day when he uploads! :))
you know it's a good day when Wade unboxes sealed Apple products 💚

Just to point out Siri birth was on iPhone 3GS in February 2010 as an app.
I like how instead of saying “can you believe no one bought this” in the song he just hums
replace the battery?
James did on his channel
I remember using the Siri app on an iPod Touch before Apple bought out Siri and integrated it into iOS. Weird to think it wasnt an Apple creation.
I didn't know that till I read your comment. Thanks for the interesting info! :)
1:40 "Ew, this is how you start fires around here" he says, when we've seen him use pliers to twist the pins on a plug before
The difference is voltage. Those plugs can handle more volts than the iPhone charging brick can
Even my 4s out on the desk over 12 year it still turn on
God the iPhone 4S has got to be my favorite iPhone ever released. I love the small size of the iPhone, the old iOS, and the headphone jack. And the addition of Siri was mind blowing back in the day.
Pov: Your here after watching the recent James Video
2:52
simple but little chaotic moments like this are why i love the dankman
At least yours turns on
IM STILL USING ONE OF THESE! ITS WHAT IM WATCHING THIS VIDEO ON!
Reminds me of my old Galaxy Nexus from around the same time. If you plugged in a very noisy USB power supply the touchscreen would stop working entirely. If you turned on the show touches option in the developer menu it was being touched all around the edges constantly till you unplugged it. Getting properly grounded USB power to it solved the issue.
That mic is still better than your average bluetooth headset mic.
That boot logo to iphone lock screen transition was awesome i have never seen that
Why it's Making Static Noises!? MAybe needs SomE MoRe POWER! 🤣 06:27
Just wanted to say that I recently modified a few Minis thanks to you and your videos. I also have an iPod Video waiting for parts from Elite Obsolete that are clearing customs. After watching through a number of your videos, I recognized Frank from a drumming video I saw a few years ago. I think it was your 1 mill sub video where you show your streaming setup and updates when I saw the windows xp "window" that Frank was chilling in and I was like "I know that Frank!"
Behind the scenes a 1 grit gets used
I bought an iPhone 4 from an estate sale like 2 weeks ago, and I got it with a passcode and it got activation locked when I restored it. Because the previous owners don't want to help at all, it now sits in a drawer. would love to have it work and use it as a joke, but I've contacted the previous owner and Apple multiple times, no help. All the previous owner needs to do is go to devices on their apple ID and press remove on the iPhone, they arent interested in helping.
One of the most cursed DankPods episode to date, every single thing that could went wrong, went wrong, just like ol' mate Murphy said
"A very long while later" (ad immediately comes on) "guys my name is Eddy and I'm the CEO of Harlem bling"
Some iOS devices can be "screen locked" when plugged in to the charger because of the voltage changes. I lived this in good old iPod touch 5th gen days... I replaced my charger and problem solved. But in this case I think new battery or leaving the charger for a day to revive the battery could work
6:23 my fave part when wade cooks the earbuds
iPhone 4s was my first smartphone and in high school with a jailbreak on it was completely amazing. All apps were free all in app purchases free and no ads on any platforms.
