INSTANT RAGI IDLI RECIPE|रागी इडली| Millet Idli with Coconut chutney & Red chutney|Three recipe

In this video we are sharing with you the easy and tasty recipe of RAGI IDLI (Millet recipe)!!!
Ingredients:
[ Serves- 12 piece ]
For Idli -
✔️1cup Ragi flour
✔️1cup Suji
✔️2 tbsp Oil
✔️1 tsp Mustard seeds
✔️ some Curry leaves
✔️1 tbsp chopped Ginger and Green Chilli
✔️1 tsp Arhar dal
✔️1 tsp Urad dal
✔️1 tsp Chana dal
✔️1 chopped Onion
✔️1 Chopped Cupsicum
✔️1 grated Carrot
✔️1 tbsp Sweet Corn
✔️1 tbsp Green Peas
✔️1cup Curd
✔️1 Cup Water
✔️1 Spoon Eno+1Spoon Water
✔️ Salt to taste
For Red Chutney -
✔️2 tbsp Oil
✔️1 tsp Mustard Seeds
✔️1 tsp Urad dal
✔️1 tsp Arhar dal
✔️1 tsp Chana dal
✔️1 tbsp chopped Ginger and Green Chilli
✔️Some Curry leaves
✔️2-3 Red chilli
✔️2 Roughly Chopped Onion
✔️2 Roughly Chopped Tomato
✔️¼ tsp Turmeric powder
✔️1 Pinch of Hing (asafoetida)
✔️ Salt to taste
✔️3-4 tbsp Water
For Coconut chutney -
1 Cup Tender Coconut ( pilled and chopped)
✔️2 tbsp Roasted peanuts
✔️1 tbsp Roasted Chana
✔️ Some Curry leaves
✔️1 Green Chilli
✔️ Salt to taste (1 tsp)
✔️½ Cup Water
For Tadka in chutney -
✔️2 tsp Oil
✔️1 tsp Mustard Seeds
✔️½ tsp Urad dal
✔️½ tsp Arhar dal
✔️ Some Curry leaves
✔️2 Red Chilli
