2 Inch Ginger
Coriander stems
9 - 10 Spicy Red Chilli
1 Whole Garlic
3 Laddle Vegetable Oil
1 Tbsp Rai
4 Kashmiri Red Chilli
3 Tbsp Roasted Chana Dal
2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Sugar
FOR TADKA
VEGETABLE OIL
2 Dried Red Chilli
1 Tbsp Mustard Seeds
1 tsp Split Urad Dal
1 tsp Split Chana Dal

Very neatly done.. just one suggestion ( me being a South Indian) please don’t burn the red chillies in the tadka, the right way of making a perfect tadka would be mustard, hing/garlic , channa dal let it become aromatic then red chillies and curry leaves then switch off the flame immediately and add the tadka to the dish n close for a couple of mins.. you get maximum aroma of each ingredient .
