I am currently on day 7 of a migraine attack… It started 5 minutes after I did you 20 minute pranayama practice (no blame here it could be a coincidence )… Regarding ginger …I have a bit too much pitta in my body (I’m a vata -pitta) so if I take ginger it may get worse, I fear….🤔
