- We're back with another challenge that required us to play all 35 Killers, but this time following the Survivor rulebook and being a Mr Nice Guy™ (for the most part anyway). This streak was relatively easy compared to others, but it also lead to some really tense situations and frustrating losses!

Full VOD with all 35 matches: • The Nice Guy Streak - ...
Rules: Win condition is to end the match with at least 2 hook stages on every Survivor. Ending with 1 hook stage on every Survivor counts as a win but gives a strike. The challenge is lost if we don't achieve the win condition or if two strikes are accumulated. Last match cannot end on a strike, and must be replayed if that happens. Same build must be used on every Killer. Most offerings banned (except BP & cancelling wards). Only up to brown add-ons allowed. Tunneling and other "sweaty" strategies are allowed, but are discouraged since they're very typically very risky.

@@cameronsmith9099 I personally don't enjoy the game anymore but it's honestly really cool that he can stick with something for so long. I find myself needing something new every few months or so lmao, I could never.

It's actually super easy to tell the Surivors apart from their unique breathing but I guess it's something that doesn't start to register until you've played against all of them a bunch of times.

@@notOtzdarva I legit sometimes try to play the game with full audio as opposed to with music, which I use to help me focus as the game feels too quiet for me otherwise, and I dont think I've ever noticed that lmao

I hope one day he does it, and if otz can see this comment I would like to say that you have been a great creator for the years that I have been watching you. Of the amount of times, I been called trash in this game for playing this way is insane, I like the game for the chase and hook and playing the game not ending it right away, so I guess I always played as The Nice Guy. I hate when you play a game and almost immediately get thrown out because you don't know what you're doing, trying to learn, or made a blunder and I felt this way was always more fun and also rewarding. Nice to see it as a challenge streak, warms my heart.
God, I thought this was going to be a streak where you had to be so nice that the survivors would "THANK YOU" or call you a "nice killer" at the end. Now that'd be a challenging streak. I'd struggle to get 2 in a row.
That would make an interesting survey: "What would make you say 'Nice Killer/Thank you'?" And then make them say how many hours they played. Idk just a thought
@@isky6541 I bet for the absolute majority of players itd be "carrying them to a hatch/gate". Not simply allowing them to get there, cuz then it could be misinterpreted as playing badly, but absolutely stomping them, but then giving them the win anyway.

I love how understated the Nems run was: Starts on a bad map, gets into one weird chase... and then it's basically 8 hook stages and a slug in like 2 minutes flat with no breathing room. Just slap after slap after slap into a BASEMENT TRIPLE!? Wild.
I do this all the time cause it feels so good to just keep the match alive and i knows in my head everyone having fun

I love how this challenge is also the "rules" that some survivors insist killers play by or they're seen as sweatlord tunnelers.
id love to see an extension on the plays with handicaps. watching you play that one match with no audio felt kind of nostalgic for me. When i wqs younger i had dreadful hearing so i played most games muted. so i developed strange habits to accomodate for my lack of hearing. one of those was a weird intuition to turn around at perfect moments.

I've been playing like this since I first got into the game.
8 hooks is a win in my book, I don't care about killing anyone or getting a 4k.
It's more fun this way, and the few survivors that know what you're doing are super nice. Made a few friends thanks to that.
If only the game didn't play that annoying 'you failed' sound at the end and flash 'The Entity thinks you're a disappointment to your family' across the screen

Your version of “nice guy” was to camp Meg on her first hook until see hit 2nd? And then count that as hooking her twice?

That's the other survivor's fault, he wasn't hard camping otherwise Meg would have gotten off hook for free. At the very least they could have saved her before she died when Otz was chasing Dwight, but instead she had a first hook/death hook scenario. Typical solo queue experience.
Finally, completion, being a nice killer, and kudos. But at what cost?

Hi, Completely unrelatd question: how do you feel abt Iron Maiden on Vecna? I play from console so I don’t have Ptb but I think it would be pretty good since both his nat 20 magic items use Lockers.
This is how I do winstreaks, its a lot more difficult to win this way, since keeping survivors alive for the longest duration possible before you start killing means gens are gonna get done fast. I did 9 hook stages tho, since that is the equivalent to 3 kills

Artist Main here. I always try and play this way except I will let them escape after 2 hooks each. Preferably I want everyone to have fun and earn max points. I don't really enjoy killing the average player.

Personally, I think this is how killers should play in general.
It provides a challenge and reduces the likelihood of tunnelling and causing players to quit etc.
It makes it a more balanced game for both killers and survivors imo!

just a suggestion but you could do "the 12 star challenge" this is essentially an all perk challenge but using the otzdarva tier list to find out what perks have the highest and or lowest star count it could be interesting i just came up with 12 on the fly so that could also change.
