Calisthenics is relative strength. In requiring little strength to move or hold your body for whatever specific task, the maximum amount of strength can be used for other things. And with added weight, that's what creates absolute strength. It's a reminder of an amazing God we have who creates the human body
I agree, with added weight i was also training a lot but I prefer static skills like planche and everything bc you are doing imposible and you are difining gravity 👀 so I prefer that and it's not true that I doesn't require that much strenght
Thanks man, it was hard and I did it acordning how did I feel. So when I couldn't do last sets from 5 I didint do that and I usually had around 1.30 minutes rest time. And reps are random how can I do it. If you want to know more you can also write me on my ig: mirakacirek_sw🤝🏻
commenting this as a reminder of my current progress as of december 27 2024 (after a yr of little progress) -Front Lever: can already do straddle and one leg front levers, and the pull up variations for both of them, cant do the full front lever yet -muscle ups: can do muscle ups with a lot of momentum, not very good at high pull ups -HSPU: almost have the strength for wall variations but dont have the balance for full, can prolly get full HSPU rather quickly -Planche: stuck at tuck planche and tuck planche push ups, dont have the lower back strength for the adv tuck aim for 2025: full front lever + variations, clean muscle ups, full HSPU for reps, straddle planche
Thanks bro so much💪🏻 and for sure skills bc I was attempting straddle planche even when I couldn't still even +5s adv.tuck planche but I think that is the reason why I have progresed quite fast👍🏻
Bro you just gave me motivation 🔥 i’ve been doing callisthenics for a 1.5 months and i can do elbow lever for a few sec. I mostly do pushups so i can do a ton of em. I have decent shoulder strength. But im skinny. I can hold the L sit for 5-6 seconds. Its my dream to do the planche!! Can you give me some tips?
dammm bro nice job. I started my calisthenics journey a week ago propably I was born in the wrong body 200 cm tall (6.6 feet) and body leverage is working against me haha But thats just excuse, I need to make my dream and achieve what you. Is there a chance you could give me any tips on training etc? :D
Hey bro thanks so much💪🏻 and I believe in you that you will achieve what you want🙌🏻 and of course I'II be glad to help you so just write me on my ig: mirakacirek_sw 👍🏻
Damn bro you lit achieved all those just within 1 year? I'm stuck on the Tuck position and I can't open my legs since my bottom area hurts, like it get cramps. Almost all the skills I've achieved except for the handstands and adv skills like planche's, back lever, front lever, 90 degree hold etc. May I get some tips and advices? I'm 15 btw.
Bro I am trying to start the calisthenics journey but don’t know what my routine should look like. Can you help me structure my routine with what exercises I should do and how to do skill training please 🙏
Thank you men💪🏻 maybe I'll make some video about my work out plan bc so Manny people are asking😅 but just dm me on my ig: mirakacirek_sw. And I'II tell you that there👍🏻
It's okay to train skills with less than perfect form, but be careful not to overdo it. There are purely "aesthetic" errors and technical errors, the former in training are good for increasing volume, the latter are not. For example, in front you make a mistake very often, which is keeping your arms bent. I also did the same thing for a long time, but it's a pretty serious mistake because it changes The involvement of the triceps. When you do front imagine pushing on the elbow and voluntarily string the triceps, it will help you. I also advise you not to use the false grip FOR ISOMETRY, makes it more difficult to keep your arm straight. In general it is important to alternate periods of high volume and low technique with periods where you work on technique. Good luck 👊
similar here lol can almost do a front lever but im so far from handstand pushups and adv tuck planches guess ima just grind front lever for now to get it quickly and then focus on HSPU + Planche
I wish i've learnt handstand first, i can do full front lever, 1 arm pull up, straddle planche, back lever... but still can't even hold a handstand for 10 secs, i feel like trash man

@@MikaxSW_ yeah you have a good point. I probably said you don't require much strength due to how strong you've gotten. Thanks for the correction
You are talking so much garbage lmao.
