- 875+ BJJ Tech Demos - itunes.apple.c... - PLEASE SUBSCRIBE: In this video you will see a lot of no-gi choke options such as the brabo choke situations, hug choke, anaconda choke situations, north south choke situations, guillotine variations, rear naked choke variations, and paper cutter choke. Chokes are submissions where the strength of your opponent plays even less of a factor because as it is much harder for them and most of the time not possible for them to muscle out of a choke when you start to set in with it.

I want to thank the dude in the blue rashguard for taking a hit for the team in this video.
It finally happened. I finally watched one of his videos and already knew everything on there.
I think you gave your partner cauliflower trachea.
Aaron Wolbach
Dude, your content is really well done. It's really helped me a lot, especially the north-south choke.
This has excellent detail because it teaches principles as well as moves.
You have some of the best videos I've seen on RUclips! Keep it up man!
Best toturial video ever. Became even better at 0.5 x speed, try it out maaan.
haha the dude almost blacked out at 7:24, nice vid!
Many thanks Jason for sharing your knowledge. "By sharing knowledge you do not deplete your own, but shed light on the rest of us".
Love those videos.
you dont talk too much and the techniques are getting shot in a good angle
Worldclass! Chokes are very good to have in your toolbox! Thanks for the video!
Great Video! Even though there wasn't much details for each choke, which is just fine. It's a great reference for setups for all the chokes!
Best video series on RUclips, hands down.
Wonderful! Thank you! I will need to re-watch this many times and practice one at a time, thank you!!!
Awesome thanx, never seen that style of one arm rear naked choke before, looking forward to trying it out :-)
subscribed
and stunned from tons of knowledge on the grapplersguide!
First choke Lyoto Machida will never forget I bet.
Thanks Jason for your reference videos. You make me save me so much time!!
Great vid and refresher when you get away from using certain techs for a while. Keep up the great work!
Really good techniques! You are a very good instructor! Thanks for the video! Take care and be safe!
Thanks man, Great style with a humble attitude.this stuff lets me review what i learn in class at home. God Bless man.
the new thing i saw is how you pull his head up on the end of the video to free his neck. Great stuff
Your so fuckin sick oh my god. My BJJ has gone from like rookie to amateur. Its helped me so much in sparring. Thank u
I actually like the demonstrations before the applications!
Thanx brother, this is a great video. I appreciate it. You did an excellent job describing them in so little time. I definitely learned some new tricks and polished some others.
The reason why I am so good defending blood chokes is because I usually defend 1 side of my neck. For example I've never been tapped out with an arm triangle choke cuz i know how to defend it.
Watching this just brushed up on alot of things i forgotten!!
Please post a bottom side control video! That would be amazing! Thank you for your videos!
Jason Scully is a Genius.
Awesome moves … simple and effective!!!
👏👏👏👏👏
You have the best videos.
Speed learning actually really helps me think about options I have when I roll once a week.I like this stuff. Details are cool, but so are options.
I've also wondered this very same thing and I've come to this conclusion:
TECHNICALLY if only one artery is blocked then blood can't pass and they pass out. The problem is, if only one side is blocked, the neck is squishy and the blood vessels have space to shift around and "survive". But when both sides are engaged all entropy and freedom is removed and the blood vessels get truly constricted. That's why it's usually ineffective to block only one side.
I've really been enjoying your vids.
So much so that I subscribed.
The variations to these chokes are quite nice and all your material is well explained. I guess you compete. I'm more interested in combative applications but this is very well done.
Keep up the good work. Your material is exactly what I use youtube for - no bullshit, well explained practicality.
Thanks.
thought i was on to something when i was finishing north south choke one handed, awesome video
You earned my sub I can't wait to tryout these variations
Obrigado por compartilhar estes movimentos conosco. Oss!
great video man, def gonna be trying to work a few of these tomorrow
Thank you sir, very well and straightforward made. Subscribed
Love it. Good stuff once again, Jason.
Brabo originated in the Gi, and incorporated the Gi jacket into the choke. D'arce is named after a black belt who was known for doing it no gi. Otherwise they're essentially the same, and could just be called a reverse arm triangle or a 3/4 choke because of the 3/4 nelson position it's often hit from.
is the brabo choke the same as the darce?
Awesome vid again! Looking forward to the Gi chokes also!
Love all of the videos man! Really helping a beginner like me! Thanks!
I don't often subscribe, but when I do it's because OP knows how to choke.
Many thanks for all your clips!

Solid, great stuff!

good techniques
Really awesome and really helpful! Thanks!
Really good videos, really enriching!
I think the difference between the arm triangle and the hug choke is that you triangle your arms in one, and hug with your arms in the other.
the one hand rnc is so fucking sick... i love it
Gracias por los videos 👍
Is there a way to land a kata ha jime with your opponent not wearing a gi?
from my expericne no but I will experiment with it in class and hit u up and see if I can find a variation
veery good vid,as are they all.thx a bunch.
Great video!.... totally impressive
Not to be critical, just genuinely curious. Isn't the darce choke the outside in? Or is that just another name for all the same stuff?
Love your channel!

Awesome video!!!

love these vid's!
How do you deal bites when you executive this
I hope the new bjj videos shows more hidden side of the angle that is not shown in this videos
Great tutorial!
Great skills!!!
do instructionals and where u train out of?
thank u!!! The jujitsu classes i go to don't even teach as fast as you. they all want to milk me for money instead of teaching.
It might not be that. Jiu jitsu is a VERY, complicated and complex sport. Every detail counts. The instructor can't feed you everything in 1 day, baby steps is key.
Completely true. As the intro stated, this is not intended to be a detailed tutorial guide how to do every choke listed. It's just a quick and dirty reference guide on the basics of the moves.
most of these chokes and locks work for me in sparring, no real life jujitsu teacher has taught them to me, i dont even have a jujitsu gi. I feel some youtube videos teach me and my friends a lot.
Then change class. By the spelling "jujitsu" I assume you're taking Japanese jiu jitsu, take it from someone who wasted a year with JJJ, it's absolutely useless. Look up a BJJ class, preferably 10th planet BJJ and go from there.
Awesome videos, subscribed!!!
Your videos are awesome!
Thank you
