  • Neurotypical spectrum disorder is known as the “invisible” disorder cause technically there is no visible tell tale signs that someone has it. But if you know what you’re looking for, it can be quite easy to spot.
    Some key signs:
    👉 largely naturally coloured hair
    👉 pretty, although impractical clothing
    👉 muted colours
    👉 very little jewellery & largely only gold or silver
    👉 very few if any tattoos
    If we can see the disorder without coworkers, friends or family having to disclose it to us, we can start to help them and accommodate their needs.
