@@ShadowScytheReaper Justin Green it's pretty easy, once you know. For typical videos that are less than an hour long, you type in the actual time. So at 12 minutes and 13 seconds you would type 12:13 and youtube automatically stamps that. For longer videos it woul be like 1:23:45 (I think)
When I saw how he was still consistently uploading for a older game like this, I thought he was kinda like joltzdude139 since he does the same for borderlands content and for both of you I find it very addicting to watch, it’s really weird, plus both showed me new fun ways to play older games that I had got bored with so thanks for that :)
Honestly, this game is amazing. I've played it a total of 3 times; twice on the ps3 and currently on the switch which I've poured 300 hours in. Your absolutely right, this game never gets old.

Sad fact of playing a sorcerer, unfortunately. "Spam HFB" is the "just spam potions!" method found commonly in most other RPGs. Alternatively, you can roll with four sorcerers and chain-cast bolides, gicels and seisms with Salomet's Secrets stacked 4 times, but it's just as braindead as spamming HFB for a few minutes.

Yesterday i was playing DMC5 and i have to say Cavaliere angelo boss fight was amazing and spectacular,i can only imagine how great Dragons dogma 2 would be in RE2 engine if Hideaki Itsuno decide to make sequel...so please dear god let this happen.
I doubt DD2 would use the RE engine, unless: a) it handles open world really well or b) the entire game will be more like BBI and c) main character and pawns will have presets of looks to choose from and change hair/eye/makeup at most. They could surprise us and actually pull it off, with open world and proper character editor, but I doubt it. It's more likely they would use MHW engine or something.

@@Nihil0.0 a casual walkthrough of every discoverable area in the normal game would be quite relaxing and fun to watch tbh. Could be running around super fast with Assassin (to get it done faster), or just strolling with a Magick Knight shield slung over the back of the character lol
It's amazing how I can still learn things about this game after all these years and something like 4 thousand hours played. I never knew that about Holy Focused Bolt doing more damage when it fires sideways. That's bonkers.

I’ve never been too fond on your somewhat passive/patient playstyle but I’ve always adapted your advice to my own playstyle. All power to you and these videos.

Ikr. I played it exclusively in my first copies of the game, and now on the switch I decided to go for a assassin. It surprised me how easy the game is.
@@atlusshadowmane yep. But even then I'd wish their abilities and weapons had a damage boost to them, considering no other class uses them, it's odd their heavy weaps are only a bit stronger than their similarly tiered other weapons.
I used to fight Daimon like "whatever" but with these videos I actually started paying attention to enemies actions and realising that he uses opposite hands for ingle and comestion just left me in awe. I really love this game.
That was fun. The stun/knockback ability of HFB made me proud. Fighter did worse than I expected but I could guess that based on how long it took me to beat him with MK on my first few runs. Nice job showing them all. Not sure there's another video quite like this one.
Oh yeah, that HFB vs Daimon is ideal. Boring, but ideal. Fighter struggles with Daimon second form, especially solo, when if you climb you are always aggro, so climbing is near impossible. Same for Warrior
A more effective way to use Arc here isn't to charge it behind a pillar and get the last bit of his vortex to pull you in, but I found that just letting him suck you closer the whole time you're charging arc will place you just right (if you spaced it well) to slam him in the face and knock him down before the vortex even ends. The only issue is that you need a stamina curative for afterwards, but if you're charging arc you won't stop until you release it, even if he completely drains your stamina while sucking you over. You'll also be in a better position to actually hit him in the head rather than just his legs/body.

Biggest tip is don't listen to those who say min/max. Just try all of the vocations out and then continue as which vocation you enjoyed the most. Other tips, i have many videos, specifically my "Info" playlist, that has some helpful things to know. I have a "schematics" video for all 9 vocations, which shows all of the skills and role of said vocation. Keep your gear upgraded for best results, and that's about it. This isn't Dark Souls, this isn't Monster Hunter, it's unique
@@Nihil0.0 me too need some advice maybe. My MA MAG only a 1300 (with some gears I wore below), and my level was 181 atm. My dragons breath, and other equipments aren't golden dragonforging's yet. Am I miss something to build my characters buffed on? I'm not follow the "plans" either. This was my first characters to play with. Or sadly I must to start over from beggining, again and threw out my previous equipments nor my valuable items?
First encounter of diamon provide a fun and challenging experience, it's a worthy opponent indeed(no potion and pilgrim). The bgm and atmosphere are great. Post diamon is another story, his second form is extremely dangerous. I can either kill him really quick with potion and pilgrim or he kills me with ease.
On the topic of Mystic Knight - If you're willing to rely on good attack rng, holycounter synergizes really well with great cannon, especially vs daimon. It has an extremely high number of procs/sec so if you land a holycounter ontop of your cannon, it absolutely shreds.
Just an FYI Holy Focused Bolt tends to do more damage the further away it starts from the target. You will do considerably more damage per shot if you aim away from Daimon instead of directly toward him. You notice this in the video when you do your "angle shot" it hits a lot harder than your normal shots when you are close to Daimon.
That was the best use of equips and skills that I ever saw for a assassin against Daimon. The use of hatchet as a boost and a dodge with the full moon slash was really clever, same for the enhanced response to climb to the top of his head 🙄😍 Just amazing, as always ♡ I am still watching so maybe I comment more later 😆 -- Daimon: cast spells, kick, punch, open vortex, transform Mage Nil: jump and side HFB Daimon: "Am I a joke to you?" 😂
I lose it laughing everytime Daimon does that big, Tekken leg sweep. Idk, it seems out of character for me. Anyways, I'm loving your content and vast knowledge of this game.
granted this, my reply, is a bit dated, but the blue grab is actually really easy to dodge, roll forward and to the right, just gotta get the timing on it down, just a little after he reaches you. Great vid tho, really enjoyed watching it. Haven't played DDDA in about a year and have sunk a lot of time into it, i might have to play it again now :)
God, i hope they make a Dragon's Dogma 2... and hopefully it's better balanced for Fighters and Warriors... holy crap, *especially* warriors. Still not sure how they thought it was a great idea to stick warrior with 3 skills while mage and sorcerer get 6... not that it'd change much when you still don't have time for more than a quick swipe- but still!
Because warrior can one shot almost everything with Arc of oblivion... They don't need 6 skills when they can destroy everything with 3. Besides. You can only have three skills equipt at a time. I like that they don't make me feel like I'm missing out. Im doing an assassin build currently and I hate that I can't have the poison stab move because of how good the other moves are. With warrior I don't have to worry about that I have all I need there ready to go.

Strider is one of, if not, THE best classes to take him down. Fracture Dart and Brain Splitter is all you need. Eminence is a must. Barbed Nails x2 is an option. As soon as his Vortex starts, fracture dart him and continue. His 2nd form is stupid vulnerable to fracture dart, he will be forever staggered to death. Curatives? Harspud juice and some Pyrepipe or some of the Giant Fish you find in BBI. Maybe one or two Liquid Vims.
I picked up this game again recently and played the whole thing as a warrior. Second phase Daimon becomes extremely easy when you realize you can perma stagger him to death by climbing on and attacking his back
No way to block or dodge, needs to play in red for dmg to be worth anything, no range attack, only 3 skills. Warrior is definitely a high-risk low-reward vocation, but you can genuinely feel like Guts from Berserk with it. Which honestly makes up for most of it's shortcomings.
There's no arm cannon or throwing knives though. Not to mention lack of berserker armor for that suicidal speed + strength boost. It's like playing as golden age Guts against Nosferatu while every other vocation is an anime character.

@@Raldavar maybe if they let you change between 2h Weapons, and double weapons like 2 swords/maces the game doesn't feel so crap for warriors, and doesn't have sense, the assassin have better strength x lvl, excuse me, I am warrior, I am wielding FUCKING LIKE 70KG WEAPONS
I remember when I used to Daimon run with sorcerer I would always do jumping focus bolt charges and shots. I always thought it was slightly faster that way. Do you know if it is?
@@seenyab4494 jumping and hfb does the same damage. The thing that happens with jumping or aiming away is that distance is created. Jumping prior will let the bolts get greater momentum.
I was playing assassin, i died around 30 times. Always after he entered his 2 form. What i noticed about the first form. Is it doesnt matter how far you actually are. There will be certain moments where he will go for the grab attack even when i was close to him. Either way. Dodging it is difficult. But running to the right is 90% of the time what i do since it works. I also jump to make sure the low hit ox wont touch me.
With assassin. I like using gale harness with daggers and showdown with shield. The added dmg with the speed helps. I also use master kill and instant reset. I cant believe how useful instant reset can be in certain situations. For example. If i misunderstand an attack and predict wrongly with my masterkill, i can instantly just roll away to safety.
That Warrior run looked painful. If you're using Liquid Vim anyway why not use Tagilus's Miracles and Salomet's Secrets and a Tome / Cameo to blitz part 2?

I've decided to do this for my new playthrough Magick archer 95% since they're really effective in bbi Strider pawn because I previously went sorceror pawn but he was a little slow of spells which I understand but I felt as if he was always getting too close so a Strider pawn would imo be effective in doing efficient damage by I doubt people take striders with them into bbi as much as a sorceror pawn but I'm at lvl 26 so it's a bit too early stage for pawns to be rented unless its friends renting and giving good ratings just for the sake of it since she was rented once and got 4 stars on everything but idk if that carried over from my previous pawn, he had the same ratings
I just found out recently they made a PC MMO with same game mechanics I think it's only in Japanese but I believe there is a fan made mod translator u can download for free without being banned not sure though The trailer btw looks epic
Well my friend told me I was crazy to fight daimon as a warrior, he call me a mad man, turns out you can just climb on daimon's head and beat the ever living shit out of him and there's nothing he can do about it.
I've had like 12 arisens but stopped after a while the only problem with this game is that once you reach max level you become way too op everything is almost one shot no challenge
Nah. It's the weapons that make it trivial. When we reach 3k damage it becomes boring. A lv 200 can walk into a room with 4k attack or 1k attack, just by selecting the proper weapons. Same goes for the Armor, if we are 1k in defense, it is God mode, but if we go in with lower tier or un-upgraded, at 500 defense, then it's more balanced. You can keep it interesting by creating the difficulty with what you wield, and stay away from curetive items
@@Nihil0.0, that's what I love about this game! It's so well balanced (mostly) and allows you to limit yourself and still "progress" through it even at max level during NG+. Gransys is a bit trivial, but in Hard Mode one could still get killed easily if not careful. BBI provides much more of a challenge. Although I hate the fact that I can't use some weaker weapons that I like against certain enemies, because fights become just too tedious or nearly impossible. Also, as a Fighter "main," I really don't like Firedrakes and Gorecyclopes (condemned) and wish torpor didn't exist, because they would've been designed to be slower otherwise - like most creatures from Gransys. Instead, they basically require you to apply torpor to deal with them efficiently and reliably. Other than that, Firedrakes' defenses are too high and require endgame weapons and/or boosts to kill them quickly or even stagger/knockdown (that's probably just because of Hard Mode though). And Gorecyclopes... well, you know. They are a pain in the ass, plain and simple.
Yep, I agree. I also don't like that the higher tier shields are required, in order to function with perfect block against some enemies. I would love to go in with the Pelta, but it cannot function. I can go in with Iron Sword and Criteria and they do function, in that they still work, but not the shields. The Longswords and Warhammers also fall into this category, as they have low knockdown, and the point of them is the knockdown, so we are often forced to use the higher tier weapons for Warrior. And yep, Fire Drakes are high defense, but low Magic defense. The enemy that I hate the most are the immune, like Wraiths, or Death who is just a high hp enemy with no threat and no skill required, just high damage. I don't mind torpor overall, but I tend to stay away from it, unless I have to because I am not packing 4k damage on some enemies
That's because he didn't min max or use buffs. Physical characters with 4 strength perihapts wreck this guy in around 3 minutes. 5 seconds if you're a ranger with explosive arrows. Same for magical characters.Sorcerors absolutely destroy this guy and his next form in around 3 minutes or so.
@@harryunderwood9387 the video suggest the players as Dark Arisen which is false. Also, in my opinion, Ashe is still considered an Arisen. Daimon however is the Dark Arisen.

@@harryunderwood9387 Ashe still exists. He was never gone, per se, but he was trapped inside of his own hatred for the Eternal Ring, which is Daimon. Kill Daimon, and you set Ashe and Olra free. Awakened Daimon is the leftover embodiment, with no Ashe trapped inside. You're essentially fighting an angry, monstrous shell.
Hmm, makes sense for HFB to do more damage sideways, as each bolt will have a higher chance of hitting the Daimon's head. If it's launched forward you'll have some hit its torso far more often.
What am I missing on second form? Your killing a health bar with 6 swings at cannon at start, using gold forged totem mace and doesn't do anything to his health
I have around 400-500 base magick and was using a GF cursed light but when i used great cannon on daimon second form it did no damage? I don't know why
Is there a reason you don't mention easy farming in under 30 seconds with the ranger? W/ blast arrows? I see so many channels that do ranger Daimon runs and just ignore this. Makes farming a breeze, but I'm always shocked how few people seem to have ever promoted it. Even back 4 years ago when i played this game religiously. Maybe it takes the fun away sure, but it's not like Daimon is a "hard boss" at level 200 anyway.

I always get 2 Rings of Perserverence and then farm rabbits in hard mode or Goblins in normal mode. keeping the exp at around 100exp per kill has the best rate for dcp over experience.
There's another easier way tbh. After you finish killing the dragon and come back to Gran Soren the knights will try to kill you for treason. You get out of tbe area then come back with 3 pawns and leave your pc/console for a while. At this point they deal almost no damage and you'll maximise your chosen vocation and get a lot of discipline.
This I have struggled with. It always sounds very level in editor, but after youtube does their thing in upload, it lowers the mic volume. I am still trying new things, as I have been since the start. It is annoying

You should do a video on what are the best weapons for certain builds like rusted daggers and bow for a slow mo build and stuff like that maybe just a small vid not a huge project
Would you do a arisen+pawns run?solo daimon is easy but keeping the pawns alive without getting sucked in is hard. especially warrior,any good way to stop his 2nd form vortex? I usually climb him and smash his head to stop the first vortex but if i can't kill him after this, it is hard to predict his 2nd vortex

did u know about the shield cancel u can cancel ur light attack with daggers in the end so u dont need to sit throw the ending of the hit and 2 hits with the sword and cancel with the shield its not that good but its a nice little trick
for ma i've found that boosted normal shot is best until he uses vortex same for both forms. while he's vortexing or recovering or knockedown 6/9fold is best as it takes him down quickly. do note that pillars will prevent all 6/9fold bolts from hitting if they hit a pillar. as shown here at the end of ma run
I have to say I didn't like how you played the Warrior at all, why not climb onto his head and body and use that massive strength to just beat him down quickly?
Because solo, Daimon casts Levin and Immolation when you climb, which leads to always climbing and never attacking. This is a problem with any vocation solo vs Daimon
As a mystic knight i use my periapts, cursed light and abyssal anguish to turn it into a chainsaw. Climb his head in both forms and keep hacking while my pawn distracts him. Its super broken, rarely take damage. On my first fight however, my pawns got killed by the rift attack, so i went dark souls on his ass. Parrying and hitting with my mace, observing his moves

I used to fight Daimon like "whatever" but with these videos I actually started paying attention to enemies actions and realising that he uses opposite hands for ingle and comestion just left me in awe. I really love this game.

That was fun. The stun/knockback ability of HFB made me proud. Fighter did worse than I expected but I could guess that based on how long it took me to beat him with MK on my first few runs. Nice job showing them all. Not sure there's another video quite like this one.
Oh yeah, that HFB vs Daimon is ideal. Boring, but ideal. Fighter struggles with Daimon second form, especially solo, when if you climb you are always aggro, so climbing is near impossible. Same for Warrior
And here we see a collab of The Lord Of The Rings: The Nine Nazgul have figured out that Daimon has the One Ring and are now trying to get it back.
The double-jump into grapple with the assassin at 17:50 is just... *mwah*... perfect.
A more effective way to use Arc here isn't to charge it behind a pillar and get the last bit of his vortex to pull you in, but I found that just letting him suck you closer the whole time you're charging arc will place you just right (if you spaced it well) to slam him in the face and knock him down before the vortex even ends. The only issue is that you need a stamina curative for afterwards, but if you're charging arc you won't stop until you release it, even if he completely drains your stamina while sucking you over. You'll also be in a better position to actually hit him in the head rather than just his legs/body.
Yep. The stamina curetives keep me from doing that, but I was trying to explain tge technique and show a mild example.

Biggest tip is don't listen to those who say min/max. Just try all of the vocations out and then continue as which vocation you enjoyed the most. Other tips, i have many videos, specifically my "Info" playlist, that has some helpful things to know. I have a "schematics" video for all 9 vocations, which shows all of the skills and role of said vocation. Keep your gear upgraded for best results, and that's about it. This isn't Dark Souls, this isn't Monster Hunter, it's unique

Am I miss something to build my characters buffed on? I'm not follow the "plans" either. This was my first characters to play with. Or sadly I must to start over from beggining, again and threw out my previous equipments nor my valuable items?
First encounter of diamon provide a fun and challenging experience, it's a worthy opponent indeed(no potion and pilgrim). The bgm and atmosphere are great.
Post diamon is another story, his second form is extremely dangerous. I can either kill him really quick with potion and pilgrim or he kills me with ease.
On the topic of Mystic Knight - If you're willing to rely on good attack rng, holycounter synergizes really well with great cannon, especially vs daimon. It has an extremely high number of procs/sec so if you land a holycounter ontop of your cannon, it absolutely shreds.
Oh yes, Daimon does not like Holy. I had the Ascalon here with the Cannon, so he was getting his share of that Holy Cannon
Just an FYI Holy Focused Bolt tends to do more damage the further away it starts from the target. You will do considerably more damage per shot if you aim away from Daimon instead of directly toward him. You notice this in the video when you do your "angle shot" it hits a lot harder than your normal shots when you are close to Daimon.
That was the best use of equips and skills that I ever saw for a assassin against Daimon. The use of hatchet as a boost and a dodge with the full moon slash was really clever, same for the enhanced response to climb to the top of his head 🙄😍

God, i hope they make a Dragon's Dogma 2... and hopefully it's better balanced for Fighters and Warriors... holy crap, *especially* warriors. Still not sure how they thought it was a great idea to stick warrior with 3 skills while mage and sorcerer get 6... not that it'd change much when you still don't have time for more than a quick swipe- but still!
Because warrior can one shot almost everything with Arc of oblivion... They don't need 6 skills when they can destroy everything with 3. Besides. You can only have three skills equipt at a time. I like that they don't make me feel like I'm missing out. Im doing an assassin build currently and I hate that I can't have the poison stab move because of how good the other moves are. With warrior I don't have to worry about that I have all I need there ready to go.

Strider is one of, if not, THE best classes to take him down. Fracture Dart and Brain Splitter is all you need. Eminence is a must. Barbed Nails x2 is an option. As soon as his Vortex starts, fracture dart him and continue. His 2nd form is stupid vulnerable to fracture dart, he will be forever staggered to death. Curatives? Harspud juice and some Pyrepipe or some of the Giant Fish you find in BBI. Maybe one or two Liquid Vims.
I wanna see a complete run through of the Island without running and keep your pawns alive! NOW that would something I've never seen before!
I picked up this game again recently and played the whole thing as a warrior. Second phase Daimon becomes extremely easy when you realize you can perma stagger him to death by climbing on and attacking his back
No way to block or dodge, needs to play in red for dmg to be worth anything, no range attack, only 3 skills. Warrior is definitely a high-risk low-reward vocation, but you can genuinely feel like Guts from Berserk with it. Which honestly makes up for most of it's shortcomings.
There's no arm cannon or throwing knives though. Not to mention lack of berserker armor for that suicidal speed + strength boost. It's like playing as golden age Guts against Nosferatu while every other vocation is an anime character.

I remember when I used to Daimon run with sorcerer I would always do jumping focus bolt charges and shots. I always thought it was slightly faster that way. Do you know if it is?
I would imagine so. Last I checked focused bolt did more damage if you jumped and then cast, not sure why he didn’t do it.
@@seenyab4494 jumping and hfb does the same damage. The thing that happens with jumping or aiming away is that distance is created. Jumping prior will let the bolts get greater momentum.

I was playing assassin, i died around 30 times. Always after he entered his 2 form. What i noticed about the first form. Is it doesnt matter how far you actually are. There will be certain moments where he will go for the grab attack even when i was close to him. Either way. Dodging it is difficult. But running to the right is 90% of the time what i do since it works. I also jump to make sure the low hit ox wont touch me.
With assassin. I like using gale harness with daggers and showdown with shield. The added dmg with the speed helps. I also use master kill and instant reset. I cant believe how useful instant reset can be in certain situations. For example. If i misunderstand an attack and predict wrongly with my masterkill, i can instantly just roll away to safety.
That Warrior run looked painful. If you're using Liquid Vim anyway why not use Tagilus's Miracles and Salomet's Secrets and a Tome / Cameo to blitz part 2?

Strider pawn because I previously went sorceror pawn but he was a little slow of spells which I understand but I felt as if he was always getting too close so a Strider pawn would imo be effective in doing efficient damage by I doubt people take striders with them into bbi as much as a sorceror pawn but I'm at lvl 26 so it's a bit too early stage for pawns to be rented unless its friends renting and giving good ratings just for the sake of it since she was rented once and got 4 stars on everything but idk if that carried over from my previous pawn, he had the same ratings
I know this is a very old post but I'm a late bloomer. Wouldn't blast arrows be more effective for any of the srchery vocations?

Well my friend told me I was crazy to fight daimon as a warrior, he call me a mad man, turns out you can just climb on daimon's head and beat the ever living shit out of him and there's nothing he can do about it.

I've had like 12 arisens but stopped after a while the only problem with this game is that once you reach max level you become way too op everything is almost one shot no challenge
Nah. It's the weapons that make it trivial. When we reach 3k damage it becomes boring. A lv 200 can walk into a room with 4k attack or 1k attack, just by selecting the proper weapons. Same goes for the Armor, if we are 1k in defense, it is God mode, but if we go in with lower tier or un-upgraded, at 500 defense, then it's more balanced. You can keep it interesting by creating the difficulty with what you wield, and stay away from curetive items
@@Nihil0.0, that's what I love about this game! It's so well balanced (mostly) and allows you to limit yourself and still "progress" through it even at max level during NG+. Gransys is a bit trivial, but in Hard Mode one could still get killed easily if not careful. BBI provides much more of a challenge. Although I hate the fact that I can't use some weaker weapons that I like against certain enemies, because fights become just too tedious or nearly impossible.
Also, as a Fighter "main," I really don't like Firedrakes and Gorecyclopes (condemned) and wish torpor didn't exist, because they would've been designed to be slower otherwise - like most creatures from Gransys. Instead, they basically require you to apply torpor to deal with them efficiently and reliably. Other than that, Firedrakes' defenses are too high and require endgame weapons and/or boosts to kill them quickly or even stagger/knockdown (that's probably just because of Hard Mode though). And Gorecyclopes... well, you know. They are a pain in the ass, plain and simple.
Yep, I agree. I also don't like that the higher tier shields are required, in order to function with perfect block against some enemies. I would love to go in with the Pelta, but it cannot function. I can go in with Iron Sword and Criteria and they do function, in that they still work, but not the shields. The Longswords and Warhammers also fall into this category, as they have low knockdown, and the point of them is the knockdown, so we are often forced to use the higher tier weapons for Warrior. And yep, Fire Drakes are high defense, but low Magic defense. The enemy that I hate the most are the immune, like Wraiths, or Death who is just a high hp enemy with no threat and no skill required, just high damage. I don't mind torpor overall, but I tend to stay away from it, unless I have to because I am not packing 4k damage on some enemies

Technically Ashe was, but he became the Daimon we see now, so he doesn't exist anymore. It really depends on what you define it as really.
@@harryunderwood9387 the video suggest the players as Dark Arisen which is false. Also, in my opinion, Ashe is still considered an Arisen. Daimon however is the Dark Arisen.

@@harryunderwood9387 Ashe still exists. He was never gone, per se, but he was trapped inside of his own hatred for the Eternal Ring, which is Daimon. Kill Daimon, and you set Ashe and Olra free. Awakened Daimon is the leftover embodiment, with no Ashe trapped inside. You're essentially fighting an angry, monstrous shell.
Hmm, makes sense for HFB to do more damage sideways, as each bolt will have a higher chance of hitting the Daimon's head. If it's launched forward you'll have some hit its torso far more often.
What am I missing on second form? Your killing a health bar with 6 swings at cannon at start, using gold forged totem mace and doesn't do anything to his health

It is more powerful, but the big thing with lv3 is more AOE for surrounding enemies, and higher knockdown

Is there a reason you don't mention easy farming in under 30 seconds with the ranger? W/ blast arrows? I see so many channels that do ranger Daimon runs and just ignore this. Makes farming a breeze, but I'm always shocked how few people seem to have ever promoted it. Even back 4 years ago when i played this game religiously. Maybe it takes the fun away sure, but it's not like Daimon is a "hard boss" at level 200 anyway.

I just watched your fighter tactics video,how do you get so much discipline at the start of the game?
I always get 2 Rings of Perserverence and then farm rabbits in hard mode or Goblins in normal mode. keeping the exp at around 100exp per kill has the best rate for dcp over experience.
There's another easier way tbh. After you finish killing the dragon and come back to Gran Soren the knights will try to kill you for treason. You get out of tbe area then come back with 3 pawns and leave your pc/console for a while. At this point they deal almost no damage and you'll maximise your chosen vocation and get a lot of discipline.

The armor is found in Everfall in post Grigori. Some can be found in BBI. The force hatchet sword buffs the bow. I explain here in this video below.

did u know about the shield cancel u can cancel ur light attack with daggers in the end so u dont need to sit throw the ending of the hit and 2 hits with the sword and cancel with the shield its not that good but its a nice little trick
for ma i've found that boosted normal shot is best until he uses vortex same for both forms. while he's vortexing or recovering or knockedown 6/9fold is best as it takes him down quickly. do note that pillars will prevent all 6/9fold bolts from hitting if they hit a pillar. as shown here at the end of ma run
yeah, during the voertex 6fold is great, land it at his head and fairly easy to interupt

I have to say I didn't like how you played the Warrior at all, why not climb onto his head and body and use that massive strength to just beat him down quickly?
Because solo, Daimon casts Levin and Immolation when you climb, which leads to always climbing and never attacking. This is a problem with any vocation solo vs Daimon

As a mystic knight i use my periapts, cursed light and abyssal anguish to turn it into a chainsaw. Climb his head in both forms and keep hacking while my pawn distracts him. Its super broken, rarely take damage. On my first fight however, my pawns got killed by the rift attack, so i went dark souls on his ass. Parrying and hitting with my mace, observing his moves

On PC, you can adjust field of view in the settings menu. Higher FoV = camera further away.
