Stretching during pregnancy can reduce low back pain, increase flexibility and range of motion, and prepare your body for labor!!     33 weeks and so blessed by your workouts and now stretches this whole pregnancy. This is my 4th pregnancy and I haven’t felt this little pain in any of the pregnancies I’ve had. I know it’s because I’ve been consistent and stayed working out, thank you again!!

    I love your workout and stretching videos. Have you considered putting the recommended weeks of pregnancy somewhere visible? Like into the title, onto the thumbnail and/or into your description box? Or telling consequently right at the beginning of your following videos, like you do it here? It would be helpful for me to decide which videos of yours are relevant for me. And for the other first-time-mom-to-bes.

      Being completely honest they are fine for all weeks of pregnancy. You Just do what your body Is comfortable doing and if there's a certain exercise your body is rejecting just swap it for something else. (Mum of 2 and currently 20 weeks pregnant with 3rd)
