For my first video, I'll teach you guys how to make sauerkraut. Fermenting food is a great way to preserve food, and if you're keen on things like solving food waste, dumpster diving for food or want to establish mutual aid networks giving folks food but don't know how to preserve it, fermentation is a solid method for doing so.
