I remember waiting on updates. Ironically, I was looking at his show car at Kroger that same day. I remember when Ernie Irvan had his accident and it sounded like the same thing all over again. When Earnhardt wrecked, we waited to hear. Then Mike Helton gave the news. It was so abrupt.
