我炸鸡过一次不成功是用到冰冻的鸡，用一点蠔油，糖，普通炸鸡粉。大火下炸黑黑还没熟，后小火慢炸到熟可是鸡肉黑黑不开味。

Looks absolutely delicious!! Instead of deep drying, will I yield the same result if I airfry them?

Hmm, not too sure about that as my mum doesn't use airfryers. But maybe can give it a try by spraying a layer of oil on the chicken before air frying them?

Air frying does not give you the nice aroma. Something lacking when you taste it.
