Just take deep breaths mistake and in your head criticize the ones who criticize you. This makes you feel better about yourself in the game and then when the games over you think about. You only criticize yourself after the game because you can’t train during the game so it won’t matter. (This is only my idea so idk if it works for you)

A lot of stuff in this video is great and some other stuff sounds good but in reality maybe isn’t ideal. For example cold showers. Most of the benefits stated are true however the reduction is muscle soreness comes at the cost of muscle building gains. The reason it decreases soreness is because it reduces the muscle building stimulus making the workout you did less effective. Is the mental and physiological benefits of having cold showers in the morning worth it? Possibly. But if building muscle is your true goal it’s probably worth avoiding the cold exposure.
On the other hand. If you’re in the middle of a season and gaining muscle isn’t the goal. Cold showers/cold exposure will help you perform better session to session and help recovery for games👍🏾

bro ur only 9 dont worry the games in your league i can gaurantee will not affect your future, take advantage of the oppurtunities during games to try things.
you should prioritise recovery more as your body needs sleep and rest to get better you could still have light training sessions a light jog or juggling ,wall juggling or passing any basics for football would work as long as youre not over stressing your bosy when youre sick
