super glad i found your channel bro! good energy, great quality, well spoken, editing on point. this is literally a flawless breakdown of the process. this video will hit 100k+ easily! SUBSCRIBED!
Ayeee that means a lot man🙏🏽 super glad you found the channel. I appreciate all the love!!
Good to see you've got a new video ! I have to say that I would have gone back and adjusted the ink mix. I thought it was to orange when first mixed. Also, still can't get over that your exposure time with the Baselayr Plastisol is only 18sec with fluorescent exposing. Good work !
It’s been a while but still here! And yeah for sure it was too orange that’s why I did adjust to a darker brown! And I’m pretty satisfied with that!🙌🏽
It's very inspiring to see a young man successfully running his own business, keep it up and thank you for sharing with us ☺
I appreciate that a lot🙏🏽
@@baavproductions you're welcome ☺
Super dope! 🔥🔥🔥

Nice video brother, I see you killing it, I have a question to you choke the underbase for halftones ??
Hi there, great video. I just want to know we're I can find the position template that you used on your exposure unit?
Thx
Great work as usual bro!
Appreciate you as usual bro!
Killer video man the detail on that is crazy great job 👌
I appreciate it man!
looks good keep grinding.
Question what program you use for color separation? Thanks
Super Rad!!!! Where do you source your T-shirts?
Do you pre-burn screens if so I need your help
What’s the process of flashing between colours \ like what is it your actually doing ?
Flashing is another word for basically doing a. Quick dry to add a second layer of ink
why are u using black paint on a black shirt? wouldnt this work without too? if u adjust the file/screen?
It could work without but for best results I made a screen for it
How do you separate the colors?
Very nice
Thank you!
How come you didn’t print black last?
It would of been too dark of a print that way
I’ve always heard that lightest color or least amount of color goes first. Could that have been why you were getting that orange color? I’ve always always seen people end with black color. As somebody who hasn’t really done multi color just curious why you went in the order you did..
Good question and I usually do end with the black color especially for spot color designs. This however wasn’t a spot color design and it just seem to mix with the red and yellow with the order I did. The reason it came out more orange was because that ink was too orange. That’s why I switched to the darker brown ink!
@@baavproductions Interesting! Good stuff bro!
@@ochoastyle thank you bro
dope, but level the platens. I sold my hopkins and upgraded for this specific reason. It's fine for spot colors but on your first close up, all top colors were shifted right but on the final product shots, all were shifted left. Sims on any ryonet press is a pain.
Definitely a huge pain that’s been driving me crazy! Glad to hear I’m not the only one. Just like you said for spot colors it can be resent but when it’s butt to but registration it can get very tricky. What did you upgrade to?
@@baavproductions Had the Hopkins 4/4 for about 8 years. I upgraded to an 8/8 Vastex V1000, had nothing but issues, dealt with it for 2 years, reached out Vastex, they said "hmmm, that's odd, let's get you a new press". We made an agreement, they wanted to send me a 6/6 V2000 in exchange for the 8/8 V1000 (they're closer in price). I asked if they could send an 8/8 instead and I'd pay the difference. Ever since, it's been an absolute dream to work on the V2000.
Unfortunately Vastex and Hopkins have been the only two I've used, so I can't speak for other presses. The V2000s can be expensive but they can also be upgraded. A 4/4 press can be upgraded to a 10/10, I believe. Their conveyor dryers are also expandable. Do stay away from the V1000s though, definitely tempting at the price point but pay the extra and and get something that'll last decades.
Interesting! Glad to hear you got the issues resolved and have a press that’s solid now. You thinking of growing to an auto anytime soon or sticking to manual?
@@baavproductions my next purchase will be a house, but definitely would love one in the future! I know the Anatol Volt has a small footprint, so that's ideal! Hope you get your pains situated! Glad I can help to confirm you're not crazy, misalignment is more common than you'd think!
Nicee! good luck on the home purchase 🤘🏽 keep killing it! And I’ll just have to get a new press honestly!
Question, did the client provide the pantone colors for the artwork? Is your monitor color calibrated?
Pantone colors are determined during the separation process on our end
21:24 look at the bears. Each one of them was a different shade of brown lol.
Awesomee!! Definitely got really detailed work with that printer. Whats the LPI used for those halftones??
Thank you! The LPI for this was 45
Could you suggest me good quality photo emulsion from AMazon?
I can’t suggest anything from Amazon because i don’t use emulsion from there
I have a video up for emulsion that shows you which emulsion I use and how I use it
Where you getting you clothes from
Whole sale suppliers such as alpha broder, S&S
Fantástico video un abrazo desde España Málaga el gruru de serigrafia
Does your graphic guy who does separations tell you want colors to choose? Or do you have to figure it out your self
Great vids man. Hey what software (separation/halftones) are you using?
Hey I outsource my separations and as far as rip goes I use accurip
Hey Umm literally tryna do this right now
Good luck!
Why not us a heat transfer
Can’t beat a screen print
Dope! I just posted my first video using a Anatol⚡️ 6/6 , check it out! 💪🏽
That’s dope! Will check it out
@@baavproductions appreciate it! Learned a lot from you and a few others! Keep grindin! We #RespectDaGrind 💪🏽💪🏽
@@home-work Glad to hear! that press is looking like a beast! how you liking it?!
@@baavproductions thanks for peepin it! it’s super dope! Only thing is it didn’t look as good when I got it.. I bought it used and I was overwhelmed at what I had to do to even use it. I’ll be posting a video of the restoration process 🤣
Awesome to see another screen printer on RUclips!
i just want to give you advice now lol.. look you're doing great screen printing work but for your brand try spend more on quality shirts like "fruit of the loom" that you also have but the 195gsm make your price highr. also the top advice that i have to you pls make a better website. do it and you will see how ppl came back to buy more 😉
I appreciate that but honestly I don’t really like the feel of the fruit of the loom shirts personally for me to wear. Website is definitely under development with some exciting news and new build coming that’s almost done🙌🏽 you will see!
@@baavproductions bro really check the fruit of the loom 195gsm not the basic.. its a bit expensive than the basic shirts but definitely different
btw in israel we have the EU fit so i think this is why you dont like it, the US size its a bit bigger..
