    Wow! The slow-mo unilateral dead bug walking was a silent killer! Your cue to bring heel to hamstring in bicycles was a total gamechanger for me- I got so much more out of the exercise. Thank you for always reminding us to milk it! Great workout - I’ll look for the longer version in membership when I have time! 🖤🖤
