A really nice and dynamic routine! Sometimes I feel my body needs a little more movement when I have a lot of stress (I am already very physically inactive), so a regular qi gong routine can feel a bit slow sometimes, but this one really made me feel amazing and releaved a lot of stress! Thank you!!
It's amazing how much bouncing is able to do for our health/wellness. I was introduced to it through Spring Forest Qigong. Although you could say I've been familiar with bouncing since I was a wee lil kiddo haha. Kids know what they're doing! Thanks for sharing, Kseny =)
I had been working on my laptop, concentrating, so absorbed that 90 mins went by without me moving. This was a lovely way to shift my focus and re invigorate my body. Thank you
Thank You! Still doing the 21 days - still fighting off migraines - this practice is helping immensely. I can feel the whole body tingling nicely after the tapping and gentle shaking. Your sincere and no-frills instruction ~ is just perfect. Be Well!
hi Kseny, hello to you from Montreal...I was wondering if you know any qi qong exercises or breathing techniques to help allievate symptoms of tinnitus.. My left ear as a subtle high pitch ringing to it, particularly when it's very quiet around me, ie before I go to bed, and when I wake up as well... any comments or guidance would be wonderful.. thanks so much Kseny! I love doing your qiqong videos, I learn from you every day, peace, Mark Pinkus
Thanks for this. I've been doing it for a while. I've recently bought a rebounder and am doing some rebounding every day. Do you think it would be ok to do this on the rebounder? Thanks
Hi, body tapping exercises tend to be on a stimulating side, I usually do them in the first half of the day. Shaking exercises done gently are good for stress relief.
Hi, stand up straight like you would normally, then move your pelvis slightly in to neutralise the lumbar curve. If you were to draw a vertical line down from your tailbone it should land on the ground between your feet. I hope this helps.:)
Thank you for great videos. Do you have any specific routines to help with vertigo and balance problems? I find all the head movements very difficult. Thank you.
Hi Jane, thank you for taking the time to write. In Qigong, balance and stability are connected to the earth element. Leg exercises, toes raises, gentle squats , balancing exercises like The Crane and Zen Walking are beneficial. Have a good week!

What do you mean when you say to tuck your tail bone please?
