For sure, it definitely gets easier the more you get to do it. Really depends on the sidewall construction I find. Good Luck!

I think your method of inflating inner tube seems harder. I think.

Could be for sure, may just be personal preference, I find that if the tube is flat there is a better chance of pinching it in the rim.
