- Hey guys,
I spent the weekend exploring the Lake District starting at Haweswater & then heading over to Lake Windermere before finishing off with a trip to explore a cave. I found so many places perfect for my next wild camp so I look forward to heading here again very soon with the tent!
Thank you for joining me over here on UK CARRIE OUTDOORS
Very nice.
Carrie shares personal depth. She says how she feels, even sharing sensations.
Easy, for me, to relate to.
Thanks for sharing, the cave looks amazing. It's so nice to hear your cheery commentary, an outdoor tonic in itself. Glad you were out and about having fun.
Great film, love watching these, gave you the thumbs up 👍
Expecting postman pat coming around the corner 🙂 thanks for sharing Carrie and co ,x. Happy belated Birthday Ben
Thanks for sharing a beautiful place that I always wanted to go to but haven't yet. After watching this I soo want to go!
Beautiful place miss the lakes used to climb in lakes in my youth good place to visit is around Keswick stay safe and keep well look forward next video x
Happy birthday Ben.
I'll never forget I was up above Derwent with a group of people, somewhere near 'Lost Lad' I believe, when one lady stepped off the path a bit onto a little patch of mud. She suddenly dropped down and I realised she'd actually sunk right up to her hip into a bog that looked no larger than a football. Madness. Glad you were ok and able to laugh it off. Looking forward to the next camp.
Awww amazing! I was in the Lakes last week for four days. It’s a mind blowing place! 😍
Looking forward to seeing you with your cake and your tin next time. 11:54

Amazing!Thank you Carrie for showing 👍❤
Nice vid Carrie. Looked a great wee trip. Love the caves. 👍
There’s untold thousands of us in England with no spare cash and mental health problems , that would love to do wild camping. If our councils would set aside a small area to wild camp on common land it would be a godsend. It would be a good experiment and I can obviously see the downside but if it worked the benefits would be tremendous. Something to look forward to, exercise, meeting people, getting out our flats , a short holiday, ect
They have, its called Dartmoor and it’s big and beautiful and you can camp anywhere you like.
@@Dreamingofyou317 ….. thanks Simon , but I was thinking of people with zero free cash who struggle to travel far due to anxiety and no transport who can walk to a selected area of local common land , I know in many places it wouldn’t work.
Hey Carrie loved seeing the lakes again and definitely the caves. Looking forward to more adventures so keep them coming please.
Stunning views and another great vid. Thank you Carrie :)
carrie lovely see you out and about love your video as allways blessings davey east london
Hi Carrie. Nice to see you out again. WRT seeing potential camping spots and remembering them, I use Google maps and save them as private pins. Then, if you go back there, you know there's somewhere good to camp You can also share pins with mates.
Another excellent video
Cracking vid as always👍 look forward to the next one
love the vid , well done great video
Beautiful😍All mineee 😗😙😚😎
Seeing all that rubbish, mess left behind saddens me and makes me wonder what those peoples homes must be like. We have this problem during the summer months here in NZ. But thankfully it's only on the edge of the forest (because the types that leave the mess are far to lazy to go to far). Once you get deep into the bush you don't see anyone for weeks. There is nothing worse then going bush and seeing a coke can, toffee wrappers on the track. it spoils the adventure. Anyway I've done my rant, Nice video Carrie, it must break your heart as well knowing how much you love the outdoors. Cheers from NZ 😊
Your videos are very helpful in my camping experience..you are amazing
Love the videos!🤟🏼
Always love your videos. Happy birthday Ben!
@@401files4 you guys rock!
Haweswater is such beautiful part of the lakes , always fancied trying that hotel out . Atb Dave
Lovely to see one of your videos again. Our favourite place the lakes. I would strongly recommend Honister Pass and Fleetwith Pike for views to die for! It's stunning👍Thanks for taking us along. Love from EOAW 🙂👍🚶♀️🚶♂️❤️
Thanks for taking us along babes xXx
Just found your channel, cracking vid and production! Haha the deadly bogs 🤣 totally agree on the fly campers, I've managed to find some good bits of kit though tidying up others peoples mess - found a leki trekking pole few weeks back worth 100 quid left in a mess of a camp! ATB 👩&🐕
Great video. Lakes is right on my doorstep but hardly use them.
Great to see you out again ,the cathedral cavern area is probably my favorite so much variety in that region of the lakes. Get yourselves back to the lakes with the camping gear ASAP. Castle Crag is a stunning peak to wildcamp the view of derwentwater and borrowdale is worth the small effort of getting to the top. Atb for the next outing
Beautiful scenery. Thanks for sharing. Take care and stay safe.
That cave looked amazing. 2 miles from me is Chislehurst Caves, very touristy and historic, boy not open like these caves you've shown. Thank you for taking us along with you guys on your trip
@@UKCARRIEOUTDOORS Had a, bout of the flu, worst thing was the blocked ears and hearing nothing, but definitely on the mend now lovey. Cold wet week ahead, but as soon as it improves, I'm out in the hammock. Good to see you guys out while I was stuck indoors, thank you for this video
Hi Carrie
Your so right spent a lot of time up there , ambleside , kendall , honister , butterworth ,the old slate mine , some fantastic walks and views , weather can so easily turn though , fantastic video and lovely scenery only spoilt by humans ? Keep safe and well
Beautiful area cracking video 😆
Nice to see you out carrie, Haweswater fascinating place and an easy walk up to small water aswell great for camping 🏕, the lakes that overwhelming feeling I get through penrith onwards brilliant cheers all the best marra stay safe 👌 🏕
Hi mate. A look at the map will show some amazing walks from Haweswater. Although quite busy in the Summer, Grasmere & the surrounding fells is always a favourite of mine. Some dramatic caves at the Honister slate mine too as you travel between Borrowdale & Buttermere. Look forward to sharing your adventures there xx
Beautiful place that , Great vid x ATB Adz
아름다운 영상 감사합니다.
한국에서 잘 보고 있습니다...
Thank you for the beautiful video.
I'm doing well in Korea...😀😀😀
Slaters bridge is a little beaut and the cave is awesome
How was the hotel with the dog? Quite fancy heading there myself 😊
❤❤❤
It's surprising the RSPB Wardens didn't catch you camping, as they are often on 24 hour watch in that area...
We didn’t camp on this trip 🏕️ so we were all good 😊
Not watched a camping video of yours for a while, it's such a wonderful and peaceful place to visit, should do midnight walks at locations
Can't wait Carrie, anywhere is ideal, as long as it's a flat surface, kind of miss camping to be honest
I really loved this vlog and yes why do ignorant people leave so much rubbish behind when a decent person would not leave any
I’ve seen the Lake District from other UK RUclipsrs, I never get tired of it. Good thing you didn’t end up as the bog woman…🤪🤪🤣🤣
Where in Yorkshire are you from, sounds more like a Teesside accent
Hi, SUB from me , I was camping few days ago on the top of Helvellyn and I like this spot for my next trip ^^
Rule number 1 of wild camping (LEAVE NO TRACE)
@@UKCARRIEOUTDOORS think it's just laziness and just no respect at all. So sad and like you say give us that leave nothing but footprints a bad name 🤨
Pick the rubbish up, don't walk past it and complain, leave it better than you found it. Unfortunately like you said there are people with zero moral compass.
