Beautiful video! So sweet you take your daughter with so she can enjoy it too. I took my kids camping alot when they were young. Wonderful memories. Nice view! We are far from the ocean as we are in Minnesota in the middle of the US. Though we are blessed with more than 12,000 lakes, many rivers, and nuumerous wonderful trails. Thanks for sharing your adventures with the world!🙂

Nice to hear someone else enjoys winter camping other than me. It isn't about the colder, the better (although sometimes..), it's about fewer 'other people', the 'feel' of it, having a fire that has more than just cosmetic purpose, rum, the night sky, the fun of it... have I missed anything? Oh, and I get to chuckle over the faces people pull, expressions they make and detrimental comments they express: winter camping - why wouldn't you? That said, autumn is my favourite season (for camping or just living through). Cool vid. Looked like both of you had a blast (extra protein always adds to the experience).

Such a beautiful woman . Do you get midges bites when wild camping ? I want to do my first wild camp but remember last time I was bitten by midges I was bed bound for a week because it was so severe

Nice video! Tell the guy you aren’t fishing, I can understand his logic if there are poachers there but you don’t even have fishing gear present. UK doesn’t really get cold lol try camping like I do in the winter in BC 😉

What I always think is that when dealing with the public about 2 % are idiots and there is no arguing logic with them , as a man you can aggressively tell them to to do one or else.But they are out there.
