This is extremely informative. I have been struggling with my hand, elbow, shoulder placement in this pose for months, feeling very frustrated because it didn't feel right. Most videos say to 'shine your elbow creases forward' and so I was actually trying to over-extend on purpose, which, thanks to you, I've found out isn't good for your body at all. Thank you! 👍🏻

Hi, my name is Wagner and I have a condition which makes difficult to do some of this exercises. My arms doesn't get 100% straight in 180º, something betweeen 160 to 170º. I am never able to reach the lock out position. To support my body in my arms is always a matter of effort and strength. As well with my legs. I have knock knees. I can not align my legs and have my feet together. This is very embarrassing and frustrating for me. Any help with this? I appreciate!
