A properly tuned 141 kit with cam and spring combo, porting, carb and exhaust will give a 4 horse power gain and that coming from a engine that is putting out around 8 horse power, , that's nothing to sneeze about.
That's true, it's a good increase. I think we're just used to working on the 212cc Predator engines which will double their power output with a handful of modifications. We have 212's make triple their original output and are still reliable, fun little engines we use in motorized bicycles. The 141cc Vader has been problem free and it's an absolute blast!
@@agkracing140 can you provide a spreadsheet with some links for a 212? I'm trying to figure out how to get the most out of um while not sacrificing reliability. If I can get some info on how to slap in a reverse gear too would also be up the alley of inquiry. Edit: thought you meant Daytona 212, still though I need to upgrade a 125
very honest review, although on street use it might be somewhat more apparent since at a track you're only revving it out, and not really using torque,or am i seeing this wrong?
Bro I owned this bike in 2018. Put a thousand miles on it without caring for it at all, then the fooking carb came apart mid drive; lost throttle and smelled like piss going over an overpass. Pulled into a gas station and Uber home to get my truck. Surprisingly my vader was still there by the time I got back i my pickup. Loaded her up and sold her. It was a fun summer.
Our little can mufflers flow pretty good. Before this exhaust we had the typical eBay exhaust system which didn't flow as well. We definitely don't want it any louder than it currently is.
Thanks iv seen mini bike action video on his 141 but he never really did a driving videos I ended up going with a zs190 just because it didn't make any sense to do a big bore kit it coast more than the 190cc and I would have to do all the engine work most big kits are 500 to 600$ and there still no engine cooler set up Wich is another 250$ at this point the 190cc made sense 780$ shipped to my door with a complete kit cooler carb wireing all shift levers even a spark plug. I just wish I could leave it stock but that's not the way I roll so I'll end up doing mods and probably will end up at the dayton 4valve price tag🤪 now that not cheap that suck but I guess that what you pay for 🤑speed🐌 . Great video till the next one have a great one ✌️👌👍💯
Do you mind sharing where you purchased your ZS190? I've been trying to find a good deal and always end up on some sketchy sites. $780 shipped seems like a pretty good price. Some places want that much just for the engine and then add the shipping cost.
@@agkracing140 hi I see you're from california. I live in santa maria california but never seen the track your on🤔 here probably just the track name? I can tell you were to find it but I rather not over youtube just because it took me a while to find it at that price my self if you email me I will email you back with the info on were I got it. It also took one month to get to my door but shipping is slow🐌 at this time so I see it as understandable✌️👍💯 josephsaucedo82@yahoo.com.
My total cost from Tbolt was $230. Thats the big bore kit and YX140 cam and spring combo, oil cooler was about $60. That $290. Less than $780. It was cool to get into the engine and it completely changed the personality and power delivery of the engine.
Could you link the parts? I'm a little confused on the parts list.. you show the kit then in the next scene I seen more parts. So will I need more then just the BBK and cam? Is will that it? Thanks...
That's correct, we used the stock parts. The stock intake valve was the same and the stock exhaust valve was bigger than what came in the kit. We also used the stock valve springs because they had more spring pressure.
There is a ZS190 that is about 18hp with a 5 speed transmission and there is a Daytona 190cc engine that produces 24hp with a 4 speed transmission. Look them up, they are fantastic engines!

Thanks for the plug

True
Vader life! Didn’t even realize you did a big bore

wish someone would do a step by step on the vader.

Wow it made a huge improvement to my bike, like 30 percent , maybe you should try different more free flowing mufflers.
Our little can mufflers flow pretty good. Before this exhaust we had the typical eBay exhaust system which didn't flow as well. We definitely don't want it any louder than it currently is.
Agreed John! Even with my ticking issue the engine was a TON more powerful. It wasn't an insignificant increase.
What dual exhaust do you have there? Are the cans swapable and did it bolt right up or did you have to bend the header pipe?
What did you do for base gasket that came with the bbk? The oil return hole isn’t big enough to go around the o ring on the engine
Another good vid mate!
Thanks, we really appreciate the compliment!

Just to let you know I didn't get it from China either it was mail to me in the USA by a company based in the us but it still took a month.

You're looking at thw wrong parts if a BBK for the Chinese 125s is coming up 500-600 bucks...
More like 150 plus whatever cam you choose.
RSP 150 condor looks close need stunt cage n parts can u help

We just purchased the big bore kit which comes with the new head and piston and we purchased a new cam.
How much faster did the kit make the Vader ?
Can I use the TB racing cam with my stock head i have a boom vader 125cc
Yes
So you used the stock valves and springs?
That's correct, we used the stock parts. The stock intake valve was the same and the stock exhaust valve was bigger than what came in the kit. We also used the stock valve springs because they had more spring pressure.
This is good logic🍀💪
How much did you mill the head down?
.025"
What is this 190 cc engine you speak
There is a ZS190 that is about 18hp with a 5 speed transmission and there is a Daytona 190cc engine that produces 24hp with a 4 speed transmission. Look them up, they are fantastic engines!
cool
