  • In the past two videos I've detailed what exercises to choose for building a big chest and why those exercises work. Now in this video I bring all those tips together in a full workout where I detail my complete routine, with a special emphasis on upper chest, including exercise selection, sets and reps. Make sure to watch the full video so you don't miss any of the details. I'm doing new videos like this each week so make sure to subscribe so you don't miss anything.
Here's the breakdown of the routine:
4 sets of unilateral cable crossovers (20,10,10,15)
4 sets of incline dumbbell flyes (20, 10,10,15)
4 sets of incline dumbbell presses (20,10,10,15)
4 sets of modified cable flye (20,10,10,15)

    0:57 - Unilateral Cable Crossovers (20,10,10,15)
    3:10 - Incline Dumbbell Flyes (20, 10,10,15)
    5:40 - Incline Dumbbell Presses (20,10,10,15)
    9:45 - Modified Cable Flye (20,10,10,15)
Don't mind me, just making some time stamps in preparation for the gym to make it easy to see how to properly do these.
Thank you James for so many amazing workouts and most of all, the info on all of these videos.

James Grage!!! I'm talking to u!!! This is probably the best chest workout I've ever done & I've been working out now & been playing American Football for 3 years. I waited 2 weeks to say this, to see if the first week I tried this workout was a fluke.
The 'mind to muscle connection' is effortless with this workout. My game has become more effective as well, as I'm much more fluid in my movements due to the range of motion. I'm barely gonna touch a barbell again for chest, unless it's recreation with my teammates.
James Grage, ur the man!!! Thank u 👊🏽

I've had good response these workouts James, keep em coming. I actually found you from your accident before I found out you were in fitness. I'm almost 40 and service connected disabled so, it's motivating to see someone else my age working through the pain! Reinvigorated for my 40th in December, thanks!
