I like be your video and all the information you provide!
We are just getting ready to move to the Phoenix AZ area. Originally I’m from Iowa and love to see and greet my hummers in my butterfly garden! Unfortunately I can’t pack them and bring to Arizona!
My question is, how do I attract new hummingbirds in my Arizona home location! I’ve seen them, much bigger than Iowa’s bird!
But with the heat and desert like land, it’s hard to grow flowers!
Any advice you may have would be greatly appreciated! (Oh, also my feeders seem to leak and cause a terrible sticky residue on decks, patios, windows etc)

Checkout this article about attracting hummingbirds in Phoenix. www.azcentral.com/story/entertainment/life/2021/08/06/hummingbirds-facts-food-feeders-species-migration/5417847001/ We have issues with hummingbird tube-shaped or bottle feeders. The air on top expands during the day and forces nectar to leak out from the feeding ports on the bottom. We instead use the dish style feeders to avoid this problem. But they don't hold as much nectar.
