Thanks much for this video. Hummingbirds bring me so much joy. When I moved I started seeing Hummingbirds in my backyard. So I bought a feeder and put their food and now sugar water (1/4 cup sugar + 1 cup fresh water changed every 4d or so) and Hummingbirds come and feed on it now. It's right next to the red flowers that bloom and they love it. Not sure what it is about Hummingbirds but their speed, flight movements and backward flights etc. make them spectacular to be around. Zippy little creatures. What a product of evolution.

Me too but no hummingbirds where I live in New Zealand. They are mostly on the est coast of Canada, America, Mexico.

Sky divers with their fancy suits have got nothing on the male Anna's hummingbird with its courtship dives. They would never survive. But the little hummer just zips back up and does it again!

A sky jet pilot would black out, never mind diving at this speed outside of the plane!

Excellent, very interesting and beautifully filmed. Just one criticism: why that infuriating non-music going on and on and on?

Thank you for the encouraging comments on the filming and your honest comments too about the music. With so many different tastes re background music it's always a challenge knowing what type, volume, etc or should I have it at all. Funny is that I can't concentrate making videos if there are birds singing outside! Thanks again for leaving a comment. Have a great day.

WOW. They must be an amazing sight. I love in New Zealand, home of no hummingbirds. But that's OK because I have had so much fun creating this video and especially enjoy reading all the hummingbird stories that people have shared like yours
