Hello, do you knew why th phone only run these at SBC codec? Also call voice is so high icant lower it with my phone control panel, how can you lower its call voice? Also do you experience a seriius delay when playing a video?

Hi! I have same setup: NOTE 9 + s2-tws. But I have a problem. My L/R channels are swapped (reversed). So my Left earbud streams right audio channel and vice versa. Still no solution to this found. Anyone else with similar problems?

Hello there,
When I connect the earbuds to Bluetooth, I have to connect them both as they are independent, but music comes out of only one of them, even when both are connected...
Is there a way to listen to music with both?

Just rapidly press both buds, turn off first then turn on. Next, rapidly press both buds. Do this while wearing them to hear notification that they are connected

I press both buds to start pairing like you do in the video and they just flash red twice and shut off. They don't flash red/blue.
I"m in the same boat as several other people where only one earbud will pair and they don't pair to each other.
Sucks. :(

How is the sound quality ?

Sound is not that good. Connectivity between the buds are very poor and keeps disconnecting leaving u with only one side. This thing only looks cool. My other tws even cheper but better connectivity and sound. Not recommended for this one.
