Hello, do you knew why th phone only run these at SBC codec? Also call voice is so high icant lower it with my phone control panel, how can you lower its call voice? Also do you experience a seriius delay when playing a video?

when your earwax build up, it will effect the sound, I take out the mesh thing in the ear buds, then it's work fine, but I think it's not gonna be water, dust and earwax proof. It's still works, 3 hours play time with additional 1000 mAh battery bank. it's worth it.

When playing a flashing green. Please tell me how to disable it.

I press both buds to start pairing like you do in the video and they just flash red twice and shut off. They don't flash red/blue. I"m in the same boat as several other people where only one earbud will pair and they don't pair to each other. Sucks. :(

Hi! I have same setup: NOTE 9 + s2-tws. But I have a problem. My L/R channels are swapped (reversed). So my Left earbud streams right audio channel and vice versa. Still no solution to this found. Anyone else with similar problems?

I received mine about two weeks ago. A few days in they started powering off while in use for no apparent reason. They had charge and I was not pressing it when they powered off. At first it was doing this once in awhile, but today, it's been happening constantly. Again, they're fully charged when they do this. Not sure what is causing this. The other annoying part is that they only power back on when you put them back into the case and take them out again. I'm thinking about returning mine if this continues.

Hello there, When I connect the earbuds to Bluetooth, I have to connect them both as they are independent, but music comes out of only one of them, even when both are connected... Is there a way to listen to music with both? Thanks for your help.
