I bought these a few months ago and they played just fine but recently they disconneted to each other and i cant get to play as one unit. Can someone please help with instructions
Does they stop charging when the are 100% charged? Mine consume completely the case battery even they are charged.

both my earpiece goes on red and blue and dont sync to each other how to do with this?
When ur ear buds are flashing red and blue just double click one and they will connect to each other again

@@Alwayslivinggood after 2 month of using them i have the same problem. and trust me i tried already double click one but doesnt work. i can connect separately on my phone but i cant connect each other which is so frustrating and i feel like a waste of money and throw them in the bin .

@@georgedoty-williams2085 I have had these for a while and I learned hold the button when off and wait for it to say redial twice and let go. This will shut them off. Then just turn them off. It always works for me
