Applause!!!!! Far superior sound than Squier Contemporary Telecaster rh!!!! Breathing life into the instrument (your playing), always keeps a Smile on my face!
Superior sound than Squire Contemporary RH telecaster? Really?
@@bushcry1 Heyyy! Absolutely, for my taste. Enjoy and keep this with you, Smiles Always!
@@jan-michaelnelson6571 I'll have to try it vs the Contemporary RH in my local store. But I think they are delayed in the new Affinities.... Thanks for sharing!
RH = right hand? Or did you mean HH?
@@squierjoshyt RH - Rail for bridge and humbucker for neck
This actually sounds really good!
Seriously, I'm liking more of Fender's "affordable" lines than their "premium" ones these days, regardless of price.
(And you can use the $$$ you save to get a better amp) Go Squier!
Thank you for reviewing this guitar! I always look forward to your videos!
Always great reviews!!
I swear you can make a tin box guitar sound like a million bucks.. I absolutely love listening to your sound and the way you play..
Bravo!
I like those tones you found. Can't wait to explore some more.
Superb demo - Cheers 😎
your reviews are very good. tonally i think this is the best place to see the potential of an afforfable guitar
Great Guitar Playing, It Brings out the true sound of the guitar ....... Mint 🎸🎸🎸
Well, done. Inspiring playing!
Everything starts with a great amp and that Deluxe Reverb is a nice one. It really makes this Tele sing. I am thinking about getting one of these as a second guitar. You make it sound so sweet.
Quite right, kids. Remember without all the electronic gadgetry this guitar will not sound anywhere like this when you get it home.
Welcome back, Mark. You're looking much younger and leaner!
Great review, exceptional noodling
Awesome guitar playing!!
Just got one of these but in black.I have always owned Single coils guitar but this one totally rocks. I am in love with it.😊
Great review!
Ordered one, should be here tomorrow. That sounds great
Same here.
Ordered one today!
Super correct presentation !!!
Joe Satriani playing a Telecaster
I've got one of these coming. I've also got a 1976 regular Telecaster with single coils, really fantastic guitar but, I wanted a Tele with humbuckers. Very impressed with sounds that I am hearing. I've had Les Paul's and other guitars with humbuckers but, a Tele has always been my favorite. I've also had Squires and, for the money they can't be beat. The only thing I will say is the lower end Squires are really beginners guitars. Stay in the middle and, go up from there and, they are pretty much the same as Mexican models.
Sounds fantastic
Sounds great 👍
I love how much this dude reminds me of joe Satriani. Sick playing man! You will sell any guitar 🎸
Ordered one yesterday. Have had Super results with Squire in the past. I don't play professional, not materialistic and don't need to impress others so I don't have to spent a lot of money on equipment. Squire has been more than adequate for my needs. (and seems to be getting even better in quality) Have an older Jagmaster that is as good as any guitar I've ever picked up. Each string is bright and clear on every fret. Will never part with it. Great demo. Anticipate having a lot of enjoyment with this Tele Deluxe.
You can find really good Squier guitars. I'm not a gear snob myself, but I've had three guitars that cost $800-1000. I sold one of them, an FGN J Standard Odissey JOS-2-CLG. I do regret it a bit, because it's a very high quality guitar, but at the time I just couldn't connect with it, and I wanted a Shijie STE, which is basically my main guitar now, next to my Squier Classic Vibe 70's Telecaster Deluxe. That Tele is really fun to play, feels great! I also have a regular Telecaster, a Squier Affinity, and that guitar is also very fun! Right now I'm looking at this particular guitar used, like new! It's set up, frets got some work done, and the guy changed the pick guard to black, which looks so much better! If the seller doesn't find a buyer locally until Sunday, he'll send it to me instead. It's worth $200.
At 7.30mn the sound it’s just amazing
Is it just me or do these pickups ACTUALLY sound great!?!?!?! Like a PAF kinda transparency/chime, or is it just massive eq/processing?????
Got a mint condition black and maple today for £100.Mightilly impressed. Just wish I knew how to play.
Whatever the kid plays sounds great!
The guitar seems great, I was wondering if you could thread into metal territory with it like doing some metal rhythmics. In general I was looking for a warmer sound than my strat, could this be a good choice?
no, it would blow up like a trick cigar. then the metal gods would be angry.
@@unabonger777 lmao. anyway I was asking cause I heard elsewhere that squier humbuckers are not actually humbuckers and that the sound is closer to a single coil than anything but the fact is that in this and other demos I didn't necessarily hear this single coilness so i was looking for some real life expirience
@@afreakshow1752 the stock pickups aren't very good, you would need to go to town and put something like a duncan JB or dimarzio super distortion in the bridge position.
How is the neck ? Is it glossy or matte/natural ? And is it really chunky or nice to the hand ? Thanks for the nice review and the nice walk-trough the clean tones !!
Satin . Lovely guitar. I ended up getting a classic vibe deluxe, but plan to get one of these anyway as a back up gig guitar
Neck is nice. Full width nut C shape not as chunky as classic vibe, 9.25 radius. Nice for bends unlike the fender vintera models which choke out due to 7.25 radius.
The pickups sound pretty good. I got sounds like this demo out if it in my local guitar shop
@@vinnieirvine1365 I know it’s been awhile but what made you choose the CV over this?
@@seantaylor532
It was very close:
The wide range humbuckers ( I know that’s a bone of contention for purists) but I prefer them, they’re brighter and most importantly the neck on the CV feels better. It’s chunkier and feels just like my fender Highway one Telecaster neck, only more glossy.
The 70s strat headstock. Just minor things but just preference. The pots in the CV are alpha mini pots, and 500k volume, 250k tone. I swapped for full sized 500k pots.
The affinity deluxe has better pots, they’re the same pots in Gretsch Electromatics which are full sized.
I have one of these a black one with maple neck and fretboard and on Sunday I bought a Chris shiflett fender telecaster deluxe and it is way better than the affiliati..haaaa😅😊
Got one on the way 😁
música boa
I didn't know Joe Satriani had jumped ship and joined Squier...
não sabia que o véio da havan tocava guitarra
Came for the review, got out the lighter for the concert. 🎸
