That's one way to do it. It's just that you would have lumpier intersections as you join the blocks. Try a sample and see if you like the way it goes together.
Thank you for this Tutorial Videos. Your instructions are more Understanding to learn about Quilting. Im trying to find more Videos about Quilting to learn more about it. Im watching to see how they Start to work on it. I'm the new beginner of this Project. I do not any know any thing about Quilting. But I really like to know how to make A Quilting for my Grand child. But I'm not sure know what to Buy and what I need to buy to start to make a Little Baby quilting. Do you suggesting and Ideas for me how to start this Projects?. Thank you so much.
I have watched several video's of this very same block, Most call it the "Card trick Block".. This lady makes something that is really very easy to do, very confusing, and frustrating.. a lot of in- needed steps that If You watch other video's you will wonder what is this woman trying to really do? If you really desire to make this Block, Watch the so many others whom make this exact block a whole lot easier But Called "THE CARD TRICK BLOCK"
you know people learn different ways...i find this one just as good and not confusing...i think MSQ has a easiest one. But hey in the mean time why don't you just gut her for trying to teach something to someone. I noticed your channel has NO content..so apparently she is ahead of you in at least tying to share and teach someone.
it;s a variation on the card trick block...very nice idea...looks nice and modern..
Beautiful colors
What an easy version of the Card Trick pattern..Great teacher, Colleen..

Very clear instructions! Thank you!
Coleen you are so good at teaching! Thank you so much.
thanks for watching
I like it that the blocks do not touch each other, this adds an interesting look to the quilt. Thanks for sharing.
It also makes the pressing SO MUCH easier:) It slows me down when I have to fuss with the intersections of thick points.
I enjoy your tutorials. Your voice is very easy to listen to. Thanks.
That's the first time anyone has commented on my voice - thank you for your kind words:)

Again! I wish I could sew as fast as you teach. I love this one, too. Thanks for another winner.
I wish I could too:) never enough hours in the day.
Excellent tutorial, Colleen. You have a wonderful, clear style. It's going to make it easy for me to make this quilt, thank you!
Looked like a 4 patch, surrounded by rectangles, then the 2 types of triangles..
Neat trick! Thanks!
it's a variation on the card trick block...
I wish I had more time to sew. Love this quilt. Thank you Colleen. Love your videos!
This block is also called Card Tricks. I think..I made this one several years ago...beautiful.
yes it is, but it is presented as a two color combination - any card trick blocks are made using 4 prints/colors
thank You for sharing. love to watch.
Lovely quilt and wonderful instructions. Thank you.
Terrific tutorial! Thank you.
Ölçüleri rakamlarla verirmisiniz
Love this block

Great block. Love the card trick alike. Would it be possible to avoid the sashing extra work by making the triangles larger?
