Today I made mini burgers with dinner roll!🍔
In Korea, it is often eaten as a breakfast substitute, so it is called morning bread, but in other countries it is called a dinner roll.
Isn't it fun?!😆
It is delicious to eat as it is, but it is also good to add eggmayo. (how to make eggmayo is in the 'How to make Egg Mayo Sandwich' video🤭)
Spread mayonnaise on the top and bottom of the bread and eat it with corn salad! It's really delicious! (+ a piece of cheese!)
Now that it's sweet potato season, I think it would be really good to add sweet potato mousse!

I made a hamburger with Burger King Whopper st!
It was a really delicious burger that didn't have a characteristic bad taste, but had a healthy feel!
Add your favorite vegetables and sauces to make it as diverse as you like 😆
You can caramelize the onion and stir-fry it, or you can add a fried egg!
I think it would be good to fry mushrooms in butter and spread it with cream sauce🤔
Or remove all the vegetables, put cheese on the patty, and apply ketchup!

▶This is the material used
Dinner roll - 10 pieces per 40g division
□Milk 100g
□Egg 1ea
□Dry yeast 3g
□Bread flour 200g
□Soft flour 30g
□Salt 5g
□Sugar 45g
□Butter 60g

□Lettuce
□Tomato
□Onion
□Pickle
□Minced beef(using Chuck Eye Roll minced meat)
□Mayonnaise
□Ketchup
□Salt
□Pepper
□Butter
□Cooking oil
□Sliced cheese
▶ Please read before making.
* Sift the flour (strong flour, soft flour) beforehand.
* The size of the finished product is the same as the size of commercially available bread.
If you feel it is too small, increase the weight when dividing.
* The cold weather made fermentation difficult at room temperature. Please use the fermentation function of the oven 🥲
* If you put skewers on the finished burger, it won't collapse!
▶Making Dinner roll
1) Beat 1 egg into the milk.
2) Warm the milk from (1) in a microwave oven.(It was heated twice for 10 seconds each.)
3)Add dry yeast.
4)Put strong flour, soft flour, salt, sugar, and milk (3) in the kneader in order.
5)Mix with a mixer until it forms a lump.
6)Raise it in 2 steps, and when the material on the wall starts to disappear, add butter.
7)Knead in 3 steps until the dough is smooth.
(If you hear the sound of the dough hitting the kneader wall, check the condition of the dough.)
8)Arrange the dough in a ball in a round shape, cover it with cling film (make a hole in it) and leave it to ferment for 1 hour.
9)Divide the dough into 40g increments and round them.
10)Second fermentation.(1 hour) - Preheat the oven to 190 degrees.
11)Bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
12)Transfer to a cooling rack and brush the top with milk before the bread cools (melted butter is also good).
▶ How to make a hamburger
1)Wash and trim the prepared vegetables.
2)Divide the meat for patty into 40g each and make a flat patty shape.
(Make it a little bigger than the size of the bread.)
3)Sprinkle salt and pepper on both sides of the patty.
4)Cut the bread in half.
5)Melt the butter in a pan and bake the sliced bread.
6)Heat the oil in the pan where you baked the bread and bake the patties while pressing them firmly.
(When it is fully cooked, put the sliced cheese on top.)
7)Spread mayonnaise on the top bread, and put lettuce and tomatoes on top.
8)Place the baked patty on the lower bread, 2 pickles, ketchup, and onion.
