When John and I visited Korea we had shrimp burger at Lotteria. It is my favorite all the time I recommended him to get and he liked it. A few days ago John mentioned he misses the shrimp burger so I decided to make it.
It was not really hard to make it at home please try it. It is soooo good!!!
Tomatoes, lettuces and onions for vegetables.
Recipe For SHRIMP PATTIES
Shrimps (chopped and cut in some chunks)
Panko
Flour for frying
Potato starch
Salt and black pepper
You want to use mixer to mix them well
make a round shape and
potato starch ⌲ egg ⌲panko ⌲ frying
Sauce
Mayonnaise
Salt and black pepper
Sugar
Lemon juice
Wasabi
Chopped onions and cucumbers (pickles better but I did not have at that time ( ɵ̥̥‸ɵ̥̥) )
