A scooter is a bike, for one. Two, I have a Suzuki Burgman 650... and a Yamaha Majesty 400. I also have a Honda Shadow 650, and my wife's R3. My Burgman is my favorite bike of all.

@@RandyNachoManSandwichThe very definition of it having two wheels, still makes it a bike. Now the thing you should be questioning, is it a motorcycle? Well motorcycle stores sell them, you have to register and insure them as motorcycles ( anything above 50cc), it still has throttle, scooters have the same risk factors, and the fact that it isn't a car... obviously they are bikes. Now, if the reason you say that they aren't a motorcycle, is because of it's step through design and that they have automatic engines. Well I can't help you there, but it is a bike/motorcycle. That's like saying a car that is an automatic, is a car...but a car with a stick isn't.
@@ENJ4321 some enthusiasts would take it to that extent with many of them refusing to own automatic cars and seeing their owners as lesser, but for me it's mainly the step down design and the maneuverability that make me think of it as a scooter. I personally like to think of the older mopeds (the bicycle looking ones with pedals) and even automatic oddballs like the honda nc700x are a little more "bike" than this.
I too have a Burgman 650 (2009 non Executive); I bought it almost a month ago. I'm really loving it, it is great!! I also have a 08 Hayabusa, and a 03 SV650, I love those too! I had an 05 GSX-R600, but I totaled it. That is what the Burgman replaced, I decided I wanted to try something different. I am very happy with my decision! With the type of riders I usually ride with, it does just fine in the group rides! the ones that have the really fast machines will usually have a little fun when the road gets twisty, but we will always regroup. I do a lot of solo early morning rides too; the Burgman is great for that! I love the amazing storage capacity, as I can pack a couple of my drones and other equipment and go have a little fun! I've got a group ride to Death Valley this Saturday, a mixture of sport, sport tourer, and cruiser type bikes are expected. I'm seriously trying to decide whether to take the Burgman, or the Busa!
@@tripzuki7462 my man tke the burgman. U won't b dissapointed, tht bike can hang wth any bike @ highway speeds. I hve a burgman 400 & two other cruisers.

Folding mirror is for lane splitting, never understood that feature on a bike, but i suoppose it has is place.

650 guys...400 has different shape especially front end
650. I have both. All 2 bikes are great but 650 is a bit nicer to ride .
