- This is a Fan Made Music Video supporting the Altoona Railroaders Memorial Museums efforts to rebuild PRR 1361 to operating status.
I have no affiliation with this project I just enjoy and want to raise awareness for it.

The lyrics were written and edited entirely by me and preformed by Suno Ai after a ridiculous amount of tweaking to make it sound how I wanted.

@rudycarlson8245 thr tender is 100% done I believe, and last i saw they were finishing welding and putting back in the rivets on the Firebox
PRR #1361 is 100% the spirit of Altoona. She's soon to be the pride of the Railroaders Memorial Museum and Pennsylvania. Not even dieselization could stop #1361.

I have never heard of the 1361 song before and I didn’t know that amazing locomotive is getting under restoration. If the restoration was successful, I would love to come see this legend in action the next time I visit State College, Pennsylvania which used to be my hometown when I was little.

@@chooch1764I know! 1361 will be one of my favorite steam locomotives as well as the 611 J, 1218 Class A, the Big Boy, the Challenger, the Flying Scotsman, the Princess Elizabeth, the Hogwarts Express, the Battle of Britains, Thomas the Tank Engine, 4449 Daylight, etc.
They need more Pennsylvania railroad steam engines
Like 6755, 460, and with the new T-1 5550 alongside 1361 running representing the PRR’s Legacy of steam power.
Very nice. As a lifelong railroad/train fan and native of Pennsylvania (who has an HO scale model of this locomotive), I'm very hopeful and optimistic for the day #1361 steams under her own power once more.

A family friend to me my great great great grandfather was an engineer to the Pennsylvania railroad and he might’ve had the opportunity to drive 1361 when she was in revenue service to this day I have his original Railroad rule books and his 101 year old railroaders watch when 1361 is fully restored I hope to bring my grandmother and family to see up in person for my grand Pappy
