Aaron, thank you for being receptive and taking the time to correct the Audio that was corrupted somehow during the playback of the Vegas concert video.
I was listening to it within an hour of your unlisted release to members; when you commented in the reaction that the audio was BASS heavy and that audio issues were to be expected because it was a Fan-shot video, that caught my attention, because I Knew that the Audio for this WWWY video in particular was one of the best anywhere on RUclips. So, I asked others to listen and compare the reaction and original video sound and it was evident that it was something with your audio setup... I HOPE YOU ARE ABLE TO DETERMINE THE CAUSE.
So I was talking to someone about it and Then it occurred to me... wait a minute... I have the tools and the know-how to fix it and make the fix VERY Easy on your end to incorporate with some well-thought-out formatting on my end. So I downloaded a low res file of the whole hour+ video, threw it in the video editor along with the Original of my WWWY Vegas Video and went to work. About 4 hours later I was done. I replaced all the performance audio while still keeping everything that you two said during the Vegas Video playback. And since I was already in there messing with the audio, I went ahead and took the opportunity to replace the smaller cropped Video Frame with a Bigger full-frame copy of the Vegas Video, so not only do we get to hear her Brilliance shine through but we get to see it too. 😁
When I started the work the other day it was about 3 or 4 in the morning, so - as you know - you had no idea I was even doing what I was doing, but I wanted Angelina to sound her best, and I figured you did too Aaron; I was correct, and once again I thank you for being receptive to doing what was needed to fix the video. No matter how Plug-N-Play I tried to make the corrective file, it still requires plenty of time to incorporate, add titles, export, upload to youtube, update your members, etc. etc. etc., so I thank you just as you have thanked me for doing this in the first place ! 😇Jim

Jim and Aaron -- great tag team effort! Jim, the time put into the mastering of the Vegas production is MUCH appreciated! And I love the longer rendition with the bridge in the Vegas concert.
As has been often mentioned, AJ sings Adele songs as if they were written for her. And she recorded, for instance, her rendition of ""Easy on Me" within days of Adele's original release. But I think her vocals are more aligned with Amy Winehouse. I think AJ wants to write like Adele and sing like Amy. The best of both worlds!

Wow, Angelina's performance was practically supernatural and magical. She recreates the setting, environment, the history, and all of the emotion in that moment and makes it happen now, in the present. She is like an academy award winning actress who transcends time and space puts you through a portal into a different dimension and we all travel in time to the moment of the story happening and unfolding. I felt as though I were there. My feelings were played like an instrument, not through manipulation but with an authentic experience of feeling all that pain, love, memory, regret and romance and sadness. My heart and feelings felt raw afterward. She managed to resurrect that moment, make it real, and I felt raw with that emotion of the experience, as though I had experienced it first hand, myself. Incredible, Angelina and thank you. l

I’m surprised you didn’t notice or comment on the fact that in Vegas Angelina only went to her lower register during the first verse of the song. The next two times she went higher instead. So many things to say about this concert comparing it with the Portsmouth one. The major thing was the fact that the band wasn’t very good and tried to compete with her voice instead of support it. I was so pleased that they made sure to find an excellent band to use this time. I also was very impressed when they showed a behind the scenes shot of the band going on stage, all with their tuxedos on and looking very professional. She changed her dress about five times as well, each one even more beautiful than the last. James did an amazing job with the audio for this concert, especially since it wasn’t recorded professionally. Enjoyed you having a guest, Aron!

You guys got goosebumps during the Vegas version! Well here's my story! I had plans to got to the Vegas shows but at my age and major arthritis problems, 15 hours in a plane and/or an airport and 1 or 2 plane changes just made it out of the question (I live in Central America). You mentioned Elvis being a major influence/ inspiration for Angelina! I met him at 13 (he was 19 and just getting started) and he has always been my #1 male vocalist and for 10 years and counting Angelina has been my #1 vocalist - male or female! I knew that performing on that stage would be special for her and seeing her on the stage I had watched Elvis perform on many years ago was something I had been hoping to see for several years! As a result I am so thankful to James and Chris for making such fantastic videos and even more so videos of all the songs from the 2 concerts! Only problem; my desire to have been there and what Angelina so often does to me emotionally combine to make me a sobbing mess with every song from Vegas and every time I hear them! And today was no different! But the 2 of you doing this reaction together just made it even more of a special treat! THANK BOTH OF YOU!!!!!!
Last note: I have heard many, many different fantastic vocalists from all genres of music over the last 82 years, and today at her17th year of singing I can say I have NEVER heard any vocalist that I thought was better than or even equal to Angelina Jordan Astar!!!!

Wonderful. Thank you gentlemen. Aron, your comment about subsequent listenings is spot on. Sometimes I need to go 10 times and I still miss things--and there are many of her performances that are like that. The other thing that is unusual about her is often in the subsequent listenings the song gets better and better. For me it was "Love On The Brain" at her last Kurbadhgen concert in 2022. I wasn't even sure I liked it that well and thought "this is odd I had better listen again". Then proceeded to replay it multiple times in a row and after about 8 times I sat back and and said "this is better each time I listen to it how does this happen so many times"? I then went back in time and listened to some of her younger stuff and there is just so much detail in everything she sings there is no way to pick up on it the first time. Maybe one of the reasons she slows down the songs is so more of this detail can sink in on the first listen. A seemingly infinite color palette, all the skills to use it, and most importantly--the heart and soul from where it all originates. Once in generation, once in a lifetime--sometimes we only get one. I'm not sure there is ever going to another Angelina Jordan.

It was amazing to me to hear how Andy first encountered Angelina. It was almost the same way with me. I lost my mother, sister, brother and father within a four year period. My wife and I separated a month before my mother passed, so when the pandemic arrived I had to weather it alone. I saw Angelina on AGT and was immediately a fan. She did amazing things with my heart through her songs, and still.does. I often wonder if I could have made it without her. In the worst of times I can go to her channel and get comfort in her beautiful voice

At the end, I stood for a standing ovation, as did most everyone else, but instead of applauding, I gave her the “heart” sign with my hands above my head. She returned the Heart with her hands, and you see it on the video. I love seeing that on the video. I still cry when I watch that video. Every time.
spontaneous and involuntary... when I was producing this WWWY Vegas video, it was just the 2nd one I worked on... the first thing I did was just listen to this AUDIO - no video. The TEARS were spontaneous and involuntary... and of such intensity to have my face DRIPPING like I cannot recall from any other circumstance, other than grief. 😇Jim

Appears Angelina chose to not wear in-ear monitors at the concert. A tech reactor said the in-ear create an isolation bubble that she probably prefers to avoid to have better contact with her audience.
Two superb performances! Speaking of sound issues, that's one reason I say, you owe it to yourself to see Angelina Jordan perform live! Even the best quality recordings don't do her voice justice. This song was definitely one of the highlights of the evening for me, and I wish I could travel back in time and see the 2019 performance. Andy, nice chatting with you for the second time before the Vegas show.

is possible to deliver this song in a way no other singer can emulate. Whether it's nuance, inflections
or any other facet of Billie's inventiveness, it is what allows her to bring emotion laden penetration
on a level that Billie was known for, and something that 'Pop' singers, even ones as great as Adele
just can't match.

And combined with all the input from you, it really make Angelina and her performance of it to sound like a masterpiece. And it is! My goosebumps got goosebumps. Which doesn't happen a lot.
The Vegas performance produced almost a trancelike state for many in the audience. When the song ended I didn't applaud at first; I just wanted to trance to last a few moments longer. Then the reality of place came back and then we responded with thunderous applause.❤

Andy Schnell is EVERYWHERE! LOL Nice reaction guys! As Angelina continues to show, she can take a familiar song and change it up and make it sound even better than the original. I love both versions of this song by her. With the first video, it is close to the original by Adele but with some of her own interpretations sprinkled throughout the song. With the second video, she really takes even more liberties with the song while keeping the feeling and emotion of the song. As she gets older, she showing even more of her artistry and how her vocals continues to get better and better. Many of us Angels have a Top Ten List of Angelina songs that have over 200 songs on them! Go figure! 😂
I very much enjoyed this double-double feature with you. Aaron, and Andy as well as 2 versions of "When We Were Young." I had the great pleasure of attending the Las Vegas concert, which was a thrill, and meeting Andy and other Angels that are commenting here before the concert. That includes meeting James Thiel, who has done masterful work on the videos of Angelina's concerts & his help here for you.
Angelina was stunning from the first moment she walked on stage in that glittering dress singing "diamonds Are Forever" to the finale with "One Moment in Time." She was just mesmerizing! We were also so excited to be the first audience to ever hear her unreleased song "Princess of Ruins" about her experience with the shoeless girl & why she sings barefoot. The whole experience in Las Vegas was magical. Keep up the good work Aaron & look forward to some more of these videos.

The stand is for her set list and lyrics. She’s used them since she started doing concerts. In Portsmouth and Vegas she used a tablet for the same purpose.

It's strange that where she sounds most like Adele, Angelina is better than Adele! You may not agree, but I think her emotional music IQ is unparalled.

I also get the chance to share some thoughts about Angelina with Andy and others on a couple dedicated live streams. Aaron (and Andy), I certainly agree that her stage presence has improved, but, tbh, I don't care. Btw, Aaron, she does that mic shake on " Bad Valentine" as well. I eagerly await your next reaction as I even more eagerly await new music and her next concert. Aaron, I think you personally might find episodes of "Wrapped in a Warm Blanket" interesting as different folks talk about the "how" and "why" of Angelina. BUT, it IS a time commitment. There is never too much Angelina for us angels.

Fantastic. I have watched Andy reactions in his early days and and he is an Angel through and through. I met Andy in person in Portsmouth Sept 22 2023 at the early meet and greet. I have one of his buttons he gave to me when we met. Hi.Andy . Great idea, and if you get more of the old guard channels out there that cut their teeth on Angelina's journey. it plays nice with a strong base foundation of early contrast with all the new little nuances her voice growth has opened. Keep it up. Angelina is different and her voice is like a human cello and cuts through to the corre at the same time the warmth and tone wraps you in a beautiful, cozy sound bubble that has a message. Great fun guys! I went through a full box of popcorn. Something very crazy is going on and I don't know how to exactly describe it but let me tell you what's on my mind. Some of Angelina's music (when she was 8-13) is so wonderful we never want to forget it and we play it over and over. As she has gotten older she is singing the songs again and of course her mature sound raises the quality of her performance to a new level, BUT, is it fair for some of us to say we like her version when she was 8 through 13 than the more mature version? Btw, what other artist would we ever make a statement like that!!!!!
Those early performances will always be very special and beloved, but I think it is remarkable not only that she has continued to develop wonderfully as a singer and performer, but she hasn't lost that "Angelina magic" at all... hard to put into words but I know what I mean ! :)

You mentioned the mic movement and I thought to remind you of Gloomy Sunday where as a 7 year old she had two notes where she wobbled the mic and some thought it was nerves but even then I think she knew that the movement added to her vibrato. She also uses it on Bad Valentine. Angelina is a master vocalist and I believe every technique is thought out and deliberate. Great reaction guys, thank for this great start to my day.

Hi Gentlemen. I very much enjoyed this stream you put up Aron and having Andy as a guest was a treat to me 'cause along with James, Boris, Steve and other " top tear" Angels he's a myth. I'm glad you remarked Her Storytelling capacity because of all of Her countless skills this is my favored part of Her craft sustained by Her masterfull phrasing. She is the Shakespeare, Byron, Yeats, Pound of songwriting. I live in Rome Italy and I couldn't be neither in Portsmouth or Vegas ( the Atlantic was kinda nervous those days and I couldn't swim it) but I was in Kongsberg on july 7th 2022 and, as I keep repeating to anyone willing to listen, it was the day of my life. I don't like to make comparisons. I don't think is fair to compare Angelina to Angelina. If She sings the same song 1/3/10 times, regardless of age, you'll get 10 different equally perfect renditions. Andy mentioned Taylor Swift. Let me tell you, though the Swifties might "temporarly" be superior in numbers they're surely inferior to the Angels as far as hearth,soul and passion are concerned.Thanks for giving me the best hour of my day. 👍👏🫶👋

Hi A ARON, Angelina covered Adele's song (easy on me) a couple days after Adele released it and sang with more emotion than Adele did and the song was about Adele's son feelings during Adele's divorce . A few months after that Adele Retired from the music Industry ? I think Adele seen the writing on the wall ? If them two got together and Adele wrote the songs and Angelina sang them . That's a great combo !

@@rickrack4812 it was not CDs. They were sequins, and hanging reflectors. Some of the larger ones were even larger than CDs! There is a video showing her entrance from backstage for the second show. And from that angle, you can see how her dress reflected the spotlights from her dress onto the faces of those of us in the audience. It was a beautiful effect! She and the band could see it, but those of us in the audience could not! I’m so glad that someone (I’m guessing Mery) took that video so that we got a chance to see the audience from Angelina’s point of view!

@@rickrack4812 I know. But Andy wasn’t speaking literally. The reflectors on the lower part of her dress were large, some as big if not bigger than CDs. She had a long train that was difficult for her to move about in. She often struggled with it during the first show. During the second show, a stagehand would come out after each song, and rearranged it so that she wouldn’t get tripped up. I can attest that she was barefoot as I did see her bare feet as she moved around the stage.

You did not say pieces of glass mirror he did not say shiny metal reflectors or anything like that, he said c.Ds... Which the working side of the c?D would reflect , maybe not so sharply , but it would. So yes I did take him literally, ad he literally said c d's. I guess basically what you're saying is that andy was totally incorrect. Which is fine , but I don't understand why we are slugging out this point.
I think she sings much better when she was 13. I like the Vegas version too, but it is not as good as the consert in Norway.
Just a thought, when you are going to have an hour long video, why wouldn't you play the entire song all the way thru, and then save all of your comments for afterwards.
It makes it better for your audience who maybe hadn't seen this before.
I enjoy your reactions thoroughly but would rather hear the entire song first, especially on these longer video reactions.

Hi Andy I miss seeing you as well as the other spicey's. I rarely have time to watch RUclips, at night I get to watch a few videos and that is about it, my hubby is just too sick and needs so much attention, I so hoped after the brain surgery that he would be able to walk, talk and feed himself, but that has not been the case. I still need Angelina to give me some healing.
