Hey Bob thank you for the video I really enjoyed it and it's always good to go back to your old neighborhood like you just did to remember your roots and where you came from because the Lord is good he has blessed you the Lord will give it and the Lord can take it and you just made me laugh when you ate that hot dog candy thank you I needed that laugh 👍👍👍
They have grocery auctions. That is where a lot of these stores get that. Pretty good business for a low income area. The ones near me closed but I would shop those type of stores all the times.
What is the chances of meeting an other metal head in a dive like clown burger and we where the only ones in there! It was nice to meet you Bob, take care and rock on brother!
Great video Bob! On GE a few years back I saw that the family house had been torn down. Just a patch of green property! What I have seen on the internet that my town is now a shithole of crime! Atleast you have the memories right?
You know what's funny. Your school looks like Hill Valley High from BTTF! Also Bob was called a slacker...😂🤣 That teacher sounds like Mr Strickland if he was an ahole to you Bob. 😁. The other burger place was called Griff's??? Lol..geez sounds like you were Marty Mc Fly... Bob...😂🤣😆. You have gone back in time without a time machine.. Wouldn't it be nice if you ran into your teacher and see you now. Show him what a failure you have become... Lol just being sarcastic. I'm proud of you Bob, that's why I have been a big fan bc, I have been there too!
I wish I could go back to my hometown and see the old places, I use to go. Unfortunately they were all torn down and gone, and new places have been built on it. Everyone speaks Spanish. Big cuban town. The only place I could go is my high school. I wish I had a time machine and go back in time..
Gee Bob, I probably passed you several times while you lived there. I worked on rental properties around that area. Remember the 5 Points Grill, it was a really Old place, but the grease wasn't bad, lets just say it was well seasoned. lol But like Clown burger, the food was good. Right beside the 5 points grill there was a Wedge Shaped building, it was on the corner. The building was about 3 stories. The place was a Motor Cycle business, a bunch of 1%'rs, wink, wink ! That Minyards Gro. was on the corner of Belknap & Beach, there was a bar on each side of it, one was called Pink Poodle #2. Originally Coors Bar-B-Q was just a little passed that. But the owner of the Coors Distributor off Hwy 35 took the Bar-B-Q owner round & round in court. Using a " Loop Hole " in the law, the Bar-B-Q owner legally had his last name changed to Coors ! Mr Mc Millan ( Coors Distributor ) blew a gasket & took the Bar-B-Q owner ( the New Mr Coors ) back to court. Judge said he's with in the Law, because he Can name the business after himself, cause its his last name. So then Mr Mc Millan complained that Mr Coors was still trying to profit off the popular beer name, because he was using the unique lettering style of the Coors Brand. So, the judge told Mr Coors to just change the lettering style on your sign & you'll be fine ! ( a little insider knowledge ) Sorry this was so long, could tell you about the band of Gypsies that lived there, etc..... :~) PS. Bob did you know Stephanie, that worked there ?? I only remember her name, because, she had 1 of her ears pierced from the top all the way down the side of her ear, with Each letter of her name spelled out. One letter at a time.
21:21 We had a grocery place kinda like this in Louisville called B&E Salvage store when I was growing up in the 90s and they had everything for dirt cheap because it was all stuff that the cans were dented or boxes smashed etc. I guess it was rejected stuff from the grocery stores but I went there with Grandma all the time as a kid because she would only have maybe $25-$30 a week for groceries for 4 adults that lived at her house plus atleast 3 or 4 of us grandkids who would come there on a daily basis while our parents were working. Good Times and I miss her so much.
Greasy, grisly, filthy Clown Burger good but no expired fish or ice cream. That's probably a wise decision. I don't have an expired/discontinued food outlet anywhere near me so it was interesting and a little bit frightening to see.
In the supermarket business we have reclamation in the old days a salesman would come ari and give the store credit for the expired product that he represented In the 90s they eliminated the salesman expired product is placed in a banana box and sent to a reclamation center In New Jersey expired products cannot be sold
Bro we are from the same neighborhood, I lived over on Riverside and ate at Clown Burger all the time!! The place has changed so much over the last 30 years.
Ketchup is supposed to be refrigerated after opening. Look at the bottle. It says it right on it. It grows mold in it. Especially when you put it in a different non-sealed container.
You missed out on the Japanese Green Tea Kit Kat. Actually, really good. 22:30
I’m looking for the Kimchi Kit Kat Bar 😂
Yes 🙌 they are delicious only for the Japanese market. What a steal ! I’d buy all of them !
Hubba Bubba was amazing chewing gum. 15p a pack it was, in the 90s.
I can picture Divine from Pink Flamingo eating at Clown Burger.
In Pennsylvania the Amish used tk have stores with slightly expired foods...but last I heard the covaids did them in.

The reason the ice cream didn't work is because this is in Texas. In Texas there is only one brand of ice cream...Blue Bell.
RC cola in glass bottle and pour planters salted peanuts in it , good times
It's a mix of hot dog water and Capri-Sun.
I used to party at Gilleys in Ft Worth see the cattle drives down the street, and Deep Ellum used to hang out there a lot before it turned...

Those green tea kitkats are amazing & almost impossible to find here in Missouri
I see why you're a diabetic lol
Clown Burger does have a genuine charm. Griff’s has updated all of their interiors, around town.
The old Clown Burger mysteriously Burned down. Funny that the back room at Clown Burger #2 has the same looking interior at the 1st !?! lol
Great video Bob! On GE a few years back I saw that the family house had been torn down. Just a patch of green property! What I have seen on the internet that my town is now a shithole of crime! Atleast you have the memories right?
Haltom & Ft. Worth kind of merge together in that area. I get messed up back in the residential area an don't know when I'm in what city. 🙃
That store needs customers ! The shelves are full! ! Everything is getting older !
That store does get alot of business. You should see it when holidays, an other events, are coming up !
Look at Bob being the douchbag with the tow mirrors out while not towing 😂 (Your words not mine) ❤
I drove here with a 40' gooseneck trailer. I am talking about the dipshits who don't even have a hitch on the truck and have lights under them
@RobertMoseley I know just teasing ya ❤️

I dated Lil Debbie for years. She's really sweet and a cheap date. Total femme fatale! Once she was done with me, no other woman wanted me!!
I'm so sorry to hear that. She wasn't much of a good friend either. Seems she liked to Flirt/tease an " Get Around " if you know what I mean !
@@Jane_Dow finally found myself a wife. She has to kick Debbie out of the cart. Hard gal to quit!

Unfair, we dont have swedish fish here in Sweden.
What motorcycle did you have in HS or late teens early 20s....You showed a picture of once on a live stream.....It looked like a cool old school bike.
Thanks for taking us down memory lane ❤

Marsh-Mellow Mateys are just a Lucky Charms rip off. They are ok

Thats why he wont tell anyone where he is going to be!
I mean Mexico
One sugar cube is about 4 grams of sugar - so that blue drink has about 20 sugar cubes of sugar in it 😬
If you took an empty bottle & filled it up with 20 sugar cubes, you wouldn't have much room for liquid would you ?
Much love brother bob
👍👍👍
Bro we are from the same neighborhood, I lived over on Riverside and ate at Clown Burger all the time!! The place has changed so much over the last 30 years.
Riverside/haltom city cool
That Clown place looks awesome.
What part of Fort Worth are you in Brother? I lived in Fort Worth for six years. Crowley actually. Absolutely loved it there and love Texas!

The food at Clown Burger looks as gross as the interior of the restaurant.
I remember Hubba Bubba back in Irving. Lol
Radio shack !!! Me too
WHY WOULD YOU WANT COLD KETCHUP?
Ketchup is supposed to be refrigerated after opening. Look at the bottle. It says it right on it. It grows mold in it.
Especially when you put it in a different non-sealed container.
😂 That’s why I only use mustard with my fries and onion rings.
The patty looks nasty
