Great chanel Bob, I worked on removing siliconed frames from PV panels in Spain. We used windshield fluid, vinegar and pure alcohol (from a destillery). The alcohol was the best, you could also drink some while working. Anyway, try either one of it and hopefully you will remove the stripes more easily Good luck!!! Michel from Sweden
3:36 One of the Mandela effects that really messes with me is the one about Ed McMahon being with Publishers Clearing House for the all giveaways back in the 80s and 90s. But in reality he was with a company called American Publishers Sweepstakes or something like that. I would have bet my paycheck he was always on Publishers clearinghouse but he wasn't apparently. I think a Dremel cutter will be much easier to cut thru even though the glue will accumulate but it will be much faster, save a finger or ear nicked, save you time, money, and keep Omar Safe Again!... It's called the Trump Effect! 🤣😂.. OSHA will have a field day at Bob's Prop Shop 😩.
In regards to the white light bands or blue. Perception is reality. I personally love the blue. But blue is my favorite color.but I love the new light strip that you are using they look so much smoother than the little squares.

Maybe try some IPA to remove the glue. That normally works well on silicon based material.
