    Dr . Khadar wali needs to be given the credit for reintroducing millets through his untiring efforts with farmers and taking sessions through out Karnataka , Telangana and Andhra and many North Indian people are propagating millet based food . Dr. Khadar wali recently awarded with the prestigious Padma Award in recognition of his selfless service in reversing ailments

    The best video so far in your series so far. I think this prudent to add here that my state Odisha has been a pioneer in popularizing millets . Being an senior officer in the agriculture department of Odisha, I feel excited to get involved in many activities in increasing millets from field to fork .

    Good video for promoting millet consumption. Apart from providing bulk to the stools fiber also feeds the good bacteria in the gut to release post biotic .like buterats which are helpful for better immunity n well being

    I have been using all millets from quite sometime now like foxtail, kodo, little, brown top, barnyard, proso and jowar, bajra, ragi, quinoa..after following Dr. Kadar Valli's protocol.....Nice video. Informative.

    We r having roties of jowar, bajara and ragi depends on season instead of rice and wheat roties. Very beneficial. Tons of thanks for this video.

      Yes wash and dry in side the house and powder it make kanji, or laddu, or dosa using with urada dal and methi
