Good video for promoting millet consumption. Apart from providing bulk to the stools fiber also feeds the good bacteria in the gut to release post biotic .like buterats which are helpful for better immunity n well being

CARBOHYDRATE..SO many benefits about our health if we use fiber including in food very nicely which food as Grain , fruit , vegetables nd nuts.colurful items .Explaining is suparb wardrobe nd easy, its digestive in our understanding .Inshort very useful video🎉❤

I have been using all millets from quite sometime now like foxtail, kodo, little, brown top, barnyard, proso and jowar, bajra, ragi, quinoa..after following Dr. Kadar Valli's protocol.....Nice video. Informative.

We r having roties of jowar, bajara and ragi depends on season instead of rice and wheat roties. Very beneficial. Tons of thanks for this video.
Do you soak the millets overnight before make flour from millets?
Yes wash and dry in side the house and powder it make kanji, or laddu, or dosa using with urada dal and methi
