I ordered M1 nut milk machine in black. I could not pass this opportunity. I also have Nama J2 juicer. I am loving it. Thanks Jonn for your videos. I am glad that I follow your reviews
In making nutmilks in my juicer (not nama) i control the water/nut ratios to get the flavor I want and sometimes run the nut milk through the juicer again as opposed to adding more water.I also sometimes run the pulp through again. I do like the idea of put it all in the machine at once. Always soak the nuts as it makes it more bio-available.
Hello John, I am very interested in using your promo code to purchase the Nama M1. Do you have any tip for where to purchase the least expensive organic nuts in bulk in order to make plant-based milks? Thank you in advance for your reply.
I have the J2 and have made nut milk with it a few times and honestly it’s not that great at making nut milks. As for making Juices, Sorbet’s and Peanut Butters it’s top notch 💚💚💚
I started making plant milk without straining after i saw your video on making cashew milk in a blender. Is M1 better to use than the blender method in your other video?
Hi John! Thank you for amazing reviews! Could you please review Froothie Evolve blender? It’s the first high-speed glass(!) vacuum blender. I am considering to buy, they claim they reach 80 kPa with the pump (~24 inch mercury) - could you please review this machine? 🙏
Hi there! The M1 Plant-Based Milk Maker is designed to create nut, grain, and seed-based milk at home. However, you are able to infuse soft produce such as strawberries, bananas, or pitted peaches to create flavored milk. We hope this clarifies your question and please let us know if there’s anything else we can help with!
@@Pearlsllc Hello! Yes, you can add dates to the M1 if this is your preference. We recommend pitting the dates prior to adding them to the M1 to avoid any damage from the hard pits. Please reach out with any further questions!
My sister uses milks for her handmade artisans soaps, all those milks have added 🤢 ingredients. this would be perfect for her soaps and for me too make my healthy nut milks
The nutramilk makes a "whole food nut milk" since it turns the nuts into nut butter first, then you add water. To me, that has a much better flavor/taste as it is more thick and rick, and healthier IMO because it contains more fiber. It's also a much longer process and more parts to clean.
I just bought this bc of small footprint but ye nutrmilk machine leaves virtually no pulp bc it makes nutnutter first. It makes the best. But very large machine
Hi there, thank you for reaching out! The M1 chamber is not compatible with the J2 model due to its differing technology, mechanical parts, size, and dimensions. The J2 juicer motor actually does not spin more than 43 rpm (rotation per minute) so it's not able to process like a blender. Whereas the M1 spins at 200 rotations per second so much faster! The M1 technology is brand new on the market place which is why it had to be designed as a completely new product! If you would like further assistance or have any additional questions, please feel free to let us know. We are here to help!
Hi there! Yes, you can make soy milk with the Nama M1! However, since the M1 doesn’t have a heating element, making soy milk is a two-step process. Soybeans must be cooked first to create smooth, creamy soy milk in the M1 and to ensure safe consumption. Here’s how to make soy milk in the Nama M1: 1. Start by soaking 1 cup of dry soybeans in water for 8-12 hours. 2. After soaking, drain and rinse the soybeans. Then, cook them in boiling water for about 15-20 min, or until fully cooked and tender. Drain again, then let the soybeans cool off - They should not feel hot to the touch. 3. Add the cooked soybeans to the M1, along with fresh water. For a creamier consistency, we recommend a 1:2 ratio of cooked soybeans to water. Add to the M1 and blend for 1 min. 4. If desired, add a natural sweetener like maple syrup, dates, or vanilla during the blending process to taste. Once completed, you’ll have homemade soy milk ready to enjoy. Hope this helps!
@@Namawellcan you cook the soy, freeze it and then, when you are ready to make milk, defrost and proceed with the next steps - adding it with water to nama m1 etc.?
I put my soaked almonds in the vitamix, and then just pour that in the J2, much better than any store bought. I am not buying a one hit wonder. Love you dude but no way. Plus who wants all that oxygen degrading the milk. My almond milk is creamy.
